This is the very nicest Starbucks I’ve ever been in. Every employee was kind, welcoming, thoughtful, and focused. Drinks were perfect. Thank you!

I’m not a Starbucks fan for a variety of reasons. However I was in the area and needed WiFi so I stopped in to grab a drink and a bite to eat. I was literally blown away. Everyone was so nice and friendly! My banana bread was delicious and my coffee was decent. A little sweet but I ordered it that way on accident. Such a clean and safe lobby. Well stocked, plenty of staff easy parking. The drive thru is obviously their bread and butter but they were very attentive of me and another person in the lobby. Will definitely be back and fine tune my order.

I ordered a white chocolate peppermint mocha for the first time. As much as I tried to like it, I couldn’t complete it. I guess I’m just not a peppermint fan despite the season. I usually don’t ask for a remake, but they happily made me a complimentary chestnut praline latte! My Christmas favorite! Stick to what ya know I guess. THANK YOU!!!

If you look at my Google review history, you’ll see that I never leave negative reviews. I’m the type of person who always leaves positive, supportive feedback. Unfortunately, this location has gone severely downhill.
I usually go to Coeur d’Alene Coffee Co., but since I’ve been getting treatments at Sarah Hamilton Face, I stopped in here the past few days. Both experiences were genuinely awful.
The first drink I ordered was a grande, and it was almost entirely cold foam and ice, filled to the very top with barely two sips worth of actual drink. I’m not exaggerating. Im serious.
I went back the next day and ordered a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso with light ice and one shot of decaf. They handed me a cup that was literally half full. They told me that my drink would be mostly milk so I asked them to just make it how they think would be good. So they handed me a half cup of liquid to try and I said it tastes great! Then they said wonderful, its yours. I was shocked and just drove away. A literal half cup of liquid that looked like it could've been half drank if someone saw it.
There used to be a redheaded barista there who had an amazing personality and consistently made great drinks. I’ve never received drinks this strange from any Starbucks — and I’ve traveled all over the world.
I was also incredibly friendly and upbeat both times because I was having a good day and just wanted a treat on the way home. I truly hope management sees this and addresses what’s going on.
Im contacting corporate if this isn't addressed. Only because this is a prime location, and I think the baristas should be making adequate drinks. It's CDA and this location should be reflective of how wonderful our town is. People should be getting properly made drinks during the holiday's from Starbucks.

This is our favorite Starbucks! Quick and friendly service, great food, awesome drinks (even my super long, complicated one 😉). And if there is a mistake- which is rare for these guys once they’ve memorized your specific drink- they are quick to rectify it with apologies and more often than not they make it right with an offer of a free drink on them next time. This high rating is also given because there’s often something going on either directly in this Starbucks store or at the Riverstone shopping complex in general there (this location is particularly amazing for hosting events that connect their customers with local law enforcement/first responders & the farmers market is there weekly throughout the warm season). HIGHLY recommend this place!

I wanted to give a special shout out to Emilee at the Starbucks on Old Mill Loop in Riverstone. I stopped in to get a “pink drink”, pink is my favorite color and this drink makes me happy. Emilee asked how my day was going and since I had just received some not so good news, I let her know I was kind of having a cruddy day. She smiled so sweetly and said “I’m so sorry to hear that, hang on a moment once you get your order.” She came back to the window and handed me a small bag with a pink cake pop in it and a message on it that was so sweet and totally turned my day around. It was this little gesture of kindness and her sweet demeanor that changed my day. Kindness matters. You just never know what someone is going through. Thank you Emilee, you are the best!!

The absolute best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The ladies that worked here were absolute gems and they were the sweetest people on Earth. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

I'm impressed with this place. I haven't been to a Starbucks in a while, but if they are all like this now, I may be coming here more often and skipping all the other shops. From the moment I walked in, greeted by 5 different employees, the experience felt welcoming. The woman who took my order was very helpful and informed me of all the things Starbucks offers from the hot sauce packets to the free refill on select drinks. The dine-in experience has been freshened up, complete with plates for your food and mugs for your coffee. I will have to test some other Starbucks to see if the service here is matched, but I doubt it is. I hope Starbucks proves me wrong!

Someone should alert Google AI - it is reporting that Starbucks still offers free ice water without a purchase. Not in Coeur d'Alene. Had to take a short walk in the 90+ degree heat thinking I could stop and cool off with a nice cold glass of ice water. Too late in the afternoon for coffee - but no bueno. I had to buy a $1.25 pack of 6 blueberries I didn't want, so I left it as a tip.

Starbucks is a professional coffee making place with consistency in the beverages you order it. Their staff is always friendly and do an excellent job. Their coffee is expensive. We love getting coffee out and go all over the place for it. You pay for the excellent service and consistency.
The staff are not welcoming or very nice here. The girl working at the front was very short with me and just overall, very condescending and rude.
