The absolute best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The ladies that worked here were absolute gems and they were the sweetest people on Earth. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

I'm impressed with this place. I haven't been to a Starbucks in a while, but if they are all like this now, I may be coming here more often and skipping all the other shops. From the moment I walked in, greeted by 5 different employees, the experience felt welcoming. The woman who took my order was very helpful and informed me of all the things Starbucks offers from the hot sauce packets to the free refill on select drinks. The dine-in experience has been freshened up, complete with plates for your food and mugs for your coffee. I will have to test some other Starbucks to see if the service here is matched, but I doubt it is. I hope Starbucks proves me wrong!

Someone should alert Google AI - it is reporting that Starbucks still offers free ice water without a purchase. Not in Coeur d'Alene. Had to take a short walk in the 90+ degree heat thinking I could stop and cool off with a nice cold glass of ice water. Too late in the afternoon for coffee - but no bueno. I had to buy a $1.25 pack of 6 blueberries I didn't want, so I left it as a tip.

Starbucks is a professional coffee making place with consistency in the beverages you order it. Their staff is always friendly and do an excellent job. Their coffee is expensive. We love getting coffee out and go all over the place for it. You pay for the excellent service and consistency.

The staff are not welcoming or very nice here. The girl working at the front was very short with me and just overall, very condescending and rude.

I feel bad leaving this review, as it doesn't reflect how I feel about the service of everyone that works at the riverstone Starbucks. But after a recent experience, I had to finally say something. I usually try to avoid coming to this location now as much as possible because one of the workers (lady with short blonde hair) always makes me feel rushed and uncomfortable in the drive through. I've never seen her smile or act friendly. Ive heard others mention it too. And I understand it's a stressful job and it gets busy and of course everyone has their bad days..but every time I even try and ask her for a straw I feel like a burden that is taking up time. But just recently what upset me was, what seemed to be, a young girl possibly in training under her and she looked so upset and stressed as the lady is rushing her and telling her what to do. Teamwork is about guiding eachother and helping eachother out. Having compassion to teach others and be patient ❤️

Drive thru was closed which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 other than that they gave great service and we're really fast with our order so great experience

Out of all the Starbucks around here. Definitely the worst service of them all. And they can never get my drink right. I get the same thing every single time and they always blame me why it’s wrong. The lady at the window with the short blonde hair has the worst attitude she always looks so miserable to be there.

I have to wonder if these reviews are paid it’s not the worst Starbucks, but the staff are not rude, but are not friendly either.

The neighboring Starbucks are way more warm and engaging employees at the Ramsey and Ironwood.
