We walked in, 4 adults and 4 children, and the baristas working were kind, attentive, and beyond friendly! Not to mention our drinks and food were excellent. Sometimes Starbucks items can be inconsistent, and this location and these ladies set the new bar. Thank you for helping my daughter when she accidentally spilt her drink-before we got cleaning it up (with the quick and swift help of one of the ladies), the other barista already had remade her drink š„¹šš«¶š¼Thank you so much for not making us feel like an inconvenience even though we had a lot going on, you ladies are awesome-thank you. šš»

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, but what truly made the experience shine were the incredible employees, Alyssa and Ruby. They were absolute gemsāfriendly, attentive, and whipped up my pumpkin spice latte with such precision it was like they were crafting a masterpiece. Their genuine smiles and upbeat energy turned a quick coffee run into a highlight of my day. The manager, Maddie, was equally welcoming if not more, greeting everyone with a warmth that made the place feel like home. The store was spotless, the service was lightning-fast, the bathrooms were organized and clean, and the whole vibe was just perfection. Alyssa, Ruby, and Maddie made this visit unforgettableāIāll be back for sure!

Worst brown sugar shaken expresso from any location I've ever been to. Asked for very light cream and an extra shot of flavor. Almost the entire cup was cream and absolutely no flavor in my coffee. Will never come back to this location.

This store has an amazing atmosphere! I walked in and was greeted by every partner on the floor. Jake was sweeping the patio when I got there and wiping down all of the tables. The barista on the hot bar stopped for a few moments to chat with the little girl at the hand-off plane who was showing off her painted nails. I watched very genuine interactions going on around me, and it brightened my day spending time in the lobby. Great work to this team, I wish all stores were this customer-focused and friendly!

Ladies were a bit argumentative when I told them they needed to fix my drinks because the pink drinks and acai lemonade were extremely bland, they told me it was the recipe but Iāve gotten pink drink for years and these were by far the worst Iāve ever had. It tasted like they added water. Not okay. Make sure your employees arenāt skimping on the ingredients or youāll lose customers and maybe some re-training? Iāve been here in the past without issue or Iād rate it 1 star based on this performance. They were so bad I gave them to my kids, who usually get it watered down, and they complained.

I donāt usually write reviews, but after multiple visits to this location, I feel compelled to say something. Thereās a barista named Jen (or possibly Jan) who has made every experience here uncomfortable, bordering on hostile. Every time Iāve placed an order, sheās either sighed loudly, rolled her eyes, or responded with an attitude that makes you feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer. The glares and curt responses are consistent enough that I know itās not just an off day. Starbucks is supposed to be about warm service and consaitency. This location, thanks to Jen/Jan, is the exact opposite. Until management addresses this, Iāll be taking my business elsewhereāand encouraging others to do the same.

Staff was super friendly and kept me updated on my order status. Friendly and happy to serve was the vibe that the partners gave off. Some one frequently checked the lobby ensuring the tables were always clean and made sure to see if I needed anything else. One of my better Starbucks experiences.
I wouldn't normally write a review for a chain, but this Starbucks consistently had really friendly staff. They were very patient and thoughtful with my wife who doesn't speak English that well. We are grateful for the service.

The baristas here are so kind. š I was having an awful day today, you know the ones where nothing (and I mean NOTHING) is going right. I decided to grab a coffee to try to perk myself up. I had gone to another store across town and bought a venti iced coffee. After one sip I accidentally spilled the entire drink on myself in my car. Defeated, I decided to grab another one at this location on my way to the car wash to clean up the mess. The barista in the drive-though was so kind! She realized I was having a hard time and went out of her way to try to make my day better. I really really appreciated it. I wish I knew her name to acknowledge her. If youāre reading this, thank you so much, my drink was delicious and after all of this my day did get better.š«¶

This is my favorite Starbucks Iām a regular there and Iām always treated well and the coffee is made perfect and if there is a problem with the coffee itās remade without issue, all the staff are grate, well kept up store and clean bathrooms, I would recommend this store to anyone,
