Service is excellent. The member actually took the coffee to my table. The ambience and food quality and coffee quality were as expected. A nice Starbucks experience overall.

Took almost two hours for routine meal. Slow to get food and waiting over 30 minutes to pay as the waitress says “the machine isn’t working.” Very disappointing for a resort restaurant. Food is mediocre at best and for the same price can get much better food around town.

Husband and I ate here on the recommendation of someone we were speaking to at a wedding (why we were in the area to begin with). So after our boat tour of the lake we ate at the Dockside restaurant. We actually arrived a little before 11, and it was very busy (I think they have a Sunday brunch maybe?) and the wait was long and we weren’t going to make our boat time, so the host made us a reservation for later that day and that worked out great. I had the French dip sandwich which was AMAZING! My husband had some sort of sandwich which had a fried egg on it but I don’t remember what it was called. He said it was really good as well. Our waiter was very nice. The view was lovely. We are glad we listened to the stranger at the wedding!

The most amazing gluten free food I’ve had in years. The view and service were great, but I’d return solely for the food. My parents and I were visiting Coeur d’Alene for two days and dined here due to the gf options. My meal was absolutely amazing, starting with the huckleberry martini, risotto, and ending with the huckleberry pie.

Great place. Wonderful salad bar. Tasty clam chowder. Interesting desserts. Nice bar. Fantastic staff. Inside of the Coeur d'Alene Resort.

Omg, the view was amazing, staff on point, an food was wonderful and nor high price for a hotel. Clam chowder was rig and filling. Did add a little salt an mjor pepper to give more depth to it. Filled with clams,, not potatoes. Turkey club, standard, but super delicious.

Came in at 645 and sat ourselves at the bar. Bartender was very attentive, amazing lady. Wine and appetizers came in quickly however about 30 min after seating, we ordered our entrees and an hour and a half after that and two glasses of wine later, the bartender went back to check on our food a second time and came back saying it would still be another 20 min before our food was done when it was a Monday night, not too busy since there were empty tables in the restaurant. Wine was delicious, apps were delicious, but can’t tell you how the shrimp scampi and the chicken couer d’Alene tasted since we walked out and got McDonalds instead.

For what has become a family tradition our most recent visit was very disappointing. We waited for over an hour to receive our order. Although the server did apologize for the delay, no effort was made to elevate our experience. My daughter had ordered the shrimp scampi and the garlic toast was nothing more than what appeared to be bread scraps. Nothing like what was depicted on the picture in the digital menu. She had ask asked for a fork which never appeared. We ended up sharing a utensil! My Father-in-law had ordered the Halibut which was over cooked and dry and also looked like it had been placed under the hot lamps for too long. His mashed potatoes had a crust to them. Another indication of the effect of hot lamps. We left feeling very underwhelmed and probably will not be returning.

Nice selection of offerings, food was well prepared and all the ingredients were top notch. Mango mimosas highly recommended!

Not a big review person but tonight‘s dinner with my daughter and future son-in-law was not a good experience. The dockside restaurant was completely understaffed. Served the table water. Then waited 20 minutes for our drink order. Ordered hamburgers and took 50 minutes. Never saw our server until meal was served. Had to go to the bar myself to get another set of drinks for our family so we had something to drink while we waited for our burgers Just a terrible experience all around.

The service; food and view could not have been better! They had a delicious salad bar that we have not seen since Covid! My husband totally enjoyed his Salmon and I loved my Chicken Coeur D’ Alene!!! We did the Cruise around the lake and then walked here for an early dinner. It was an excellent choice to celebrate my husband’s Birthday.

The food was great and pretty reasonably priced considering the location and expected quality. However, the service was rather lacking. It was a very hot day, and we made reservations for our Anniversary (answered the questions to let them know it was to celebrate an Anniversary) and this was not acknowledged. Usually, no big deal, but it was weird that you could go through to tell them this and it wouldn’t be seen or looked at by servers. Service was incredibly mediocre, our waters were never refilled and we weren’t checked on except to clear plates. As I have worked in upscale restaurants, it was really disappointing to have red robin level service when you pay 20+/ plate. Seemed like the service staff was all teenagers (early dinner shift) but when the restaurant was not busy and it was hot, I would expect to not run out of water! With more attentive servers, this would’ve become where we go whenever we visit CDA. The search continues for our spot, unfortunately.

My friends and I ate there twice it was so good. They had rib eye and i had shrimp scampi. The s’mores lava cake was to die for.

We enjoyed our dinner here. I had salmon, husband enjoyed the chicken Coeur d’Alene. And the gooey sundae was a perfect ending! We had the chocolate brownie one. That was a treat. One disappointment though. We chose the restaurant to watch the sun set. The waiter closed the curtains. All the curtains so that the sunlight would not disturb other guests. We ate faster and left so we could walk and enjoy the view over the lake. I do recommend walking along the floating dock. Just lovely
