Their Bread's are NOT made Fresh Everyday, unfortunately!!! I've tried several times at different times of the day and still have Hard Bread. It doesn't matter if it toasted or not, it's still hard..... I didn't get what I asked for!!
I had an order to pick up and this girl is alone brand new and not sure what to do. They are out of the foot long cookie that was able to order online and are out of cookies in the case. Also out of the bottled drink ordered.
We found out our pick-up order was served on super over done bread. So dry and crumbly I couldn't even eat my sub and my husband only barely choked down his own because he hates food waste so much. It's insane they would serve bread like that. All the other ingredients were fine nothing special, but why did they even keep and serve such over done bread.
Food was alright, however many chips and drinks options were out of stock but still allowed to order online.
whoever was working 2/12/25 made horrible sandwiches. mine wasn’t even cut all the way through and all of the portions were wrong. i live just down the road so i eat here often and this is probably the worst experience I've ever had here. generally it is very good service and food.
Sandwhich ordered online was on wrong kind of bread (which was also hard), had hardly any meat, no cheese, no olives (asked for extra olives), no sriracha sauce.
Worst Subway ever anywhere. Always out of basic things, bread is rarely soft. Always only one person working at dinner time. I don't know how this location stays open. I drive farther to a different location if I want a Subway sammy
We have went to this location twice in one month. Each time they were out of multiple ingredients, breads, toaster wasn't working etc.
I live so close to this subway that I always give it multiple chances. They’ve been out of steak, bread before. Bread?? I’ve gotten stale bread. Sandwiches that are supposed to have double the meat never do. I’m hoping whoever owns this shop fixes the issues.

This location clearly has management and staffing issues. On multiple occasions they are under staffed causing orders to be delayed. Also more often than not they are out of basic ingredients that you would expect a sandwich place to have such as turkey, cheese, and veggies. Nearly every time we have tried this location we have ran into issues.

originally thinking to go to coffee shop around corner which apparently closes super early.
He gave me a small cup for free, telling I was exhausted and it was too hot. This kiddo was raised right and ppl like him will keep people coming to this store(:

I would genuinely love to rate lower but unfortunately google doesn’t allow that…I went in this evening for a pick up order and arrived a little late because we drove in from out of state and there was an accident on the highway…with that being said I picked up my order around 6pm and 5/5 of the subs were non toasted and 2/5 subs were missing toppings or made incorrectly, and we had 4 side items and received none. I immediately went back into the store to receive only missing items, I got 1 of the pepperoni dippers and mother the other…advertised as 2 6” dippers for a grand total of a foot long dupper ? we got 2 separate 6” non cut dippers with barley any filling and very tough. Went back home to notice 2/5 of the subs had missing toppings so I took just those back to the store only to be told by staff I was wrong as the paying customer and he “knows for a fact” all the sandwiches were made correctly, toasted, and nothing was incorrect or missing. Paid for double meat and received the same portion as regular but was still uncharged $3
Staff claimed my order was cold and didn’t feel toasted because “we had let them sit for so long”
Staff then took only 1 of 2 or the sandwiches I brought.back, tossed it and remade it with my in the restaurant and STILL DID NOT TOAST IT ??? once grabbed the food from his hands it was ice gold to the touch, non toasted very soft bread other then the obvious initial baking of the bread before slicing and dressing…
In between my 3 visits to the store to attempt to correct my $85 order, I called 9 times to try and remedy or make my concerns known prior to coming into the store, the boy working took the receipt and did not give it back, I was using it as a reference to show what was supposed to be on the sandwich’s initially.
Upon my first visit this evening the lady working literally word by word told me “if there’s more then 5 items on an order it won’t display it all for us, we have to go into the order and check for more details” i essentially gathered “we don’t always do ALL of what we expected to do” and I was proved right throughout my next two visits within 40 minutes…. Both prior times I went back the lady helped me and the gentleman was nowhere to be seen in the back, all in all I would not recommend coming here if you read this all, seemed like two highschool kids not caring about their job and clearly putting in the effort as if that was the reality. Very unprofessional, very unhelpful, these kids need sent back to customer service 101 ?

This is the worst location. The staff is rude and lack the intelligence to read an order from a receipt. I had to return my DoorDash order twice. Management needs to get with it. There were three young people in the store and only one was making sandwiches while the other two farted around and did nothing.

Just went in to get a sandwich after working in the yard all day! and was told they don’t have mayo and multiple other items. How do you run a sandwich business with no mayo??? Management needs to get their stuff together. They can’t leave it to the teens. It’s absolutely poor management. I’ve heard a lot of things about the teens that work here not wanting to do their job and clearly that’s what it is given the fact that management is not here to ensure that people can get the food they want. This is not the first time that it’s happened to me personally. I never post negative on a business because I wouldn’t want that done to mine. However when you do not have one thing in stock that every sandwich means by probably 80 if not 95% of the people how do you expect to survive?!

If I could give this location negative stars I would. This isn’t our first poor interaction with this location but it will certainly be our last. The staff is rude. Just over customer service being rude. Location is never clean and it takes the staff a few minutes to come to the counter to even assist with an order. Once you order a specific sandwich they still mess it up. I was hoping things got better since our last visit and it was just an “off” day the last time but it’s clear it’s just a poorly run operation. Do better.
