Went in to get lunch and the kids working were laughing and happy. But as soon as what I believe to be the manager walked in he instantly started criticizing the employees. Saying he was just going to make his sandwich on his day off while getting in the way of the employees making our food.

I came in at 7:10 an they told me they were closed. When close at 8. At this location. So if you want something later befor they actually close go to jimmy johns. Better service. And dont close eary cus someone being lazy

We went here about two weeks ago and the opener forgot to turn on the toaster so we couldn’t have any of our sandwiches toasted which was super unfortunate. Just went here today with seven kids, and they only had enough bread for half of them. They had no other bread in the store. And you couldn’t get a fountain drink because they didn’t have CO2.

Their Bread's are NOT made Fresh daily, unfortunately!!! I've tried several times at different times of the day and still have Hard Bread and they don't have ALL Fresh toppings. It doesn't matter if it's toasted or not, it's still hard and gross. I didn't get what I asked for Cheddar cheese doesn't mean grated blend!!!!! No wait and empty tables should be a clue......

Last 2 times no bread. They usually have only 1 person working around lunch time today a new person by themselves. She could not even open the register to give my change back. This place has gone down hill. Even the drink machine has more holes then drinks. I got a sandwich with 4 pickles 4 tomatoes 4 jalapeños 4 onions you get the point it was light. Cookies are a 1/3 size smaller this is jot the subway I grew up with or will continue

I had an order to pick up and this girl is alone brand new and not sure what to do. They are out of the foot long cookie that was able to order online and are out of cookies in the case. Also out of the bottled drink ordered.

We found out our pick-up order was served on super over done bread. So dry and crumbly I couldn't even eat my sub and my husband only barely choked down his own because he hates food waste so much. It's insane they would serve bread like that. All the other ingredients were fine nothing special, but why did they even keep and serve such over done bread.
