Would give absolutely 0 stars 100 times over and over again if I could, I’ve been a manager and I know how to handle wrong issues in the food industry and they sure do not. Didn’t bother to tell me to bring my sandwich they made wrong in the first place in order to have a new one made and tried to refuse making the order. Tried blaming it on being busy but it was most definitely not the first time I was there to recive my order originally there was 1 customer, when I was back the second time there was no one. This store never can get an order right and they make it complicated to make it “right”. Unlike other fast food chains.

Could barely hear the person over the counter. Could have let me know about the $6.99 deal I would bought the meal instead of just a 6” sub. Bread was chewy. Wasn’t impressed with the customer service.

The first employee that took the order was rather rude. She acted like she hated being there and was inconvienced we were there. I asked if the had the low carb wrap and she rudely said only flat bread and then held it up. She made me feel like I was stupid for not knowing. Subway has changed their ingredients available since I was in last. She asked if we wanted cheese and I asked for swiss. She snapped and said "provolone" Well ok, I figured they would have more then one cheese. The next gentleman was fast and friendly. The sandwiches were good. Wish they had more of a selection of cheese. I paid $12 for a turkey bacon wrap. A little steep if you ask me.

I went in and I normally love subway and I still do very much but these bunch of workers mainly the girl making my sandwich put in no effort very sloppy wasn’t listening to me and kept making mistakes and her attitude just tipped me off so when she asked me to remake and I just refused and threw it away walking out the door very sad this is what customer service is coming too hoping to see somthing fixed

Went in to order, stood there 2+ min and the lady didn’t even acknowledge us! Not a good morning, or I will be right with you etc. Placing my order she rudely says” you’re going to have to speak up” As her Apple air pods are in her ear… Very rude!!!! The egg was still frozen after being toasted. I have had good experience with other workers there maybe she needs to find another industry to work in. ???

Purchased an online order for BOGO 50% off on 4/26 to the subway store in CDA on Ramsey.

I upgraded one of the subs to make it a meal. I ordered as a point member using the Web app on my phone. I accidentally purchased two additional medium fountain sodas. When I arrived, the staff gave me my food and three empty fountain cups (2 medium cups and one small cup for the meal upgraded). advised the employee I accidentally purchased the two additional sodas and inquired about a refund. She advised me that since I purchased the item with the BOGO deal online, no refund or reimbursement would be allowed. She did offer a free cookie; however, we declined.

After my young son and I sat down to eat, he advised me I ordered the wrong bread (cheese bread vs the desired Italian bread). I inquired to the staff how much it would cost to purchase a loaf of the Italian bread so my son could transfer the meat from our purchased sub to the potentially purchased Italian bread. I was advised I would need to purchase a complete footlong sub, like a veggie sub without the toppings for over $8.00.

This staff was willing to give us a free cookie for a lack of reimbursement of the accidental soda purchase I made, but was going to charge me for a full priced footlong in place of the bread alone? Definitely inconsiderate customer service.

We went here on Sunday the 11th around 8:20pm. The lady working was rushed and saying she was closing early because she had to get her brother from Spokane. The hours on Google said they were open till 9 and she had everything put away by 8:20 and turning lights off... She reluctantly made our sandwiches and was annoyed, didn't make them as asked, was messing up the ingredients or putting like one jalepeno on it, exaggerating and rushing because she was trying to leave 40 mins early. What a mess
