I hardly ever leave reviews but this place is just sad. Terrible service. I don’t eat Taco Bell much but had a craving. Got two tacos. Asked for sauce. Girl at the window was a little snot. She was rude and disrespectful. Got home to find my food cold and smashed by the weight of the 46 packets of sauce she put in the bag. Needless to say I’ll never be back and this place should be embarrassed to have such a rude and childish person as their face to the public. Waste of my time and money and super wasteful for the restaurant if this chick dumps boxes of sauce in everyone’s food bag.

Very bad service workers were VERY rude and unprofessional there I came in around 11pm for my online order just for this white girl to yell at us and say lobby is for doordashers only. I did not read anything about only doordashers being able to go inside like how is that fair? Not to mention she yelled at us and gave us a nasty look like sorry girl I just wanted to get my PICK UP order that I was supposed to pick up at the COUNTER? She also had AirPods in while helping these doordashers very unprofessional. I wasn’t mad until I found one of HER HAIRS IN MY FOOD. Ridiculous.

Genuinely worst taco bell i’ve ever been to employees are actually making up their own menu items. I didn’t get what i ordered at all they completely messed it up. half the stuff on my taco wasn’t supposed to be on there. Also ran out of half the ingredients at 7 pm like what are we doing. Insanely slow service and nothing to show for it. The food was bad, sloppy and overcooked, not at all what I expected. Do not come here under any circumstances.

Waited 38 minutes in store for my order with just 4 tacos 2 burritos and a cheesy roll up. Beyond disappointed in the service. They ignored not only me waiting at the counter but 3 other people that were trying order and pick up deliveries.

Horrible staff takes more than two hours to get food one of the worst night shits I’ve ever seen been there multiple times and been treated horribly every time I’ve ordered way in advance every time and it’s never ready when I get there it seem everyone else there has the same problem
