Mold in my taco
Cat food anyone?
Spent 80 dollars, food had no meat, very dissappointed.
I had ordered food thru the app and went to pick it up in store when I went in I was waiting and then one of the managers daughter and boyfriend came in and the manager had her daughter write on a piece of paper what they wanted to eat and got her order right out to her and I sat and waited 24 minutes for my order....that was pretty messed up and the food when I did get it was cold and tasted like crap...Bad customer service in my opinion!!!
I’d leave a zero star if I could. This is the slowest fast food joint in CDA. It is not only awful when you are delivering people’s food it’s terrible for your own food pickup. Tonight it was estimated to be ready at 8:02 and it’s now 8:23 and here we still sit in the lobby. This is absolutely insane. There’s like 10 employees working and tons of cars are going through the drive thru yet all of us just standing here in the lobby.
Half our order was missing, the burritos were flat and barely had anything in them. The steak was closer to a crock pot beef. Fries were over seasoned and nuggets were burnt. Employees were extremely disrespectful when I let them know half my order was missing. Rathdrum Taco Bell is 10 times better. Don’t waste your time and money.
The crew at the Hanley Taco Bell on Friday, April 18, at 8:30pm was amazing! My food was fantastic! Everything was cooked perfectly, tasted delicious, and was made with obvious care and attention to detail. Not only did it taste great, but it looked great, too! Appetizing and cheesy and all of my requested changes perfectly executed. Wow, guys, you totally rocked it!
Went inside to order lunch and waited over 45 minutes while they filled drive thru orders. Poor management
Slow slow slow service.
Staff is friendly but slow almost every time I come here and I've had orders messed up every few times.

Tonight I am finally leaving a review. This Taco Bell often gives us cold food that was clearly sitting for a while. We always let it slide. Tonight, however, they forgot the majority of a whole meal we ordered. We called it in and drove all the way back from our house to get it. The staff didn’t apologize or anything. They kind of made my son feel like he was a nuisance. He’s such a polite easy going person. He is a snow worker, so he has to hit drive throughs regularly. He stopped by here often. Shame they handled this so poorly.
The person that helped me in the drive through was very kind and friendly. Food would have gotten 5 stars but my nachos bell grande chips were stale. Have tried to call but no answer. I guess like everyone else they are busy and shorthanded.
Long line or short it doesn't matter it's gonna be a few min till you order let alone till u get your food.. top it off by being the smallest of portions . I had a crunch wrap that was less then inch thick and that's with the tortilla shells folded up. No substance
We had a very kind gentleman named Vance help us out, and he went above and beyond to make sure our food was quality and we had a good experience. Will definitely be going back👍
Everything is good but the shortage of food that's paid for when it's close to closing time. Good service hard working employees and they tolerate more than we know! They are our food heroes so please y'all when it's 12:20 am don't be afraid to heat up them beans to fill those yummy burritos. :)
