Sitting in the lobby right now and this extremely loud and rude female manager is ignoring the whole line of people waiting for their food. Not taking orders. Not helping the staff. She appears to be giving a male coworker some kind of lengthy lecture. Super unprofessional. Get off your ass and help the cooks. Or maybe take an order. The entire store is staring at her and she’s not taking the hint.
Still serving good food quickly and accurate ly!
took 30 minutes, asked if i could get the drink cups didn’t even respond to me, kept going to the back for some reason. worse taco bell ever.
Drive through order must be placed with an iPad kid, not at the menu. For some reason the menu 10 feet away is an unacceptable place to order.
Took over 20 minutes to get our food, even though it was not overly busy.
When did this tacobell take a dive? Everyone is in bad moods and u will NOT RECIEVE YOUR ORDER FOR HALF AN HOUR no matter how big or small. This used to be the best tacobell now they all suck. Management needs to hire more people
Made my day
Went there for a quick breakfast cause why not. We were overwhelming surprised by both the cost and flavour of the good. Not to mention the staff were super friendly and patient. What caught my eye was how clean the restaurant was. We went in an ordereded take out and highly recommend this establishment
I'm not sure if the ladies name who is working the front counter but I have to say she is FABULOUS!!!!! Very knowledgeable helps to get you the BEST deal for your buck but even better BEYOND FRIENDLY!!!! From the time you walk in until you leave she greeted you as if she's known you forever and you're just a friend stopping by her house. We came in about 10 or so today if that helps to know who she was. THANK YOU!!!! Stay sweet
I ordered food at a time when Taco Bell is slower. Two individuals sat at the pick up area talking with the people making my food. My food never got worked on. Instead, the time was spent talking and joking with the two individuals at the counter. The manager at the time even jumped in to have a conversation.
This was the worst time for me. My kiddo was hungry and tired. By the time we got our food it was 30 plus minuets later.

I had four of the on-shift employees look right at me while I was standing at the counter and each of them just went back to what they were doing: they didn't even acknowledge I existed let alone ask me if I wanted to order or if I needed something. I worked at Taco Bell as a kid and even as a bored teenager I would have been embarrassed to give customer service this bad. This experience definitely wasn't worth the seventeen bucks I spent to wait more than twenty minutes for food.
Waiting in the lobby for about 20 minutes before anyone even looked at me they need more people that work as a team one kid was clocking in and he said someone will be with you I stood there for 10 minutes before no one was with me u guys need too be more of a team
Way over priced.
Service was good, food was cold.
In Coeur d'Alene, where the mountains rise,
A hunger pang, a craving in my eyes.
The golden arches held no sweet allure,
My heart desired a flavor bold and pure.
Then whispered words, a deal I couldn't miss,
The Taco Bell seven dollar Big Box, pure bliss.
A treasure trove within a cardboard square,
A feast of flavors beyond all compare.
A crunchy taco, seasoned ground beef bright,
With lettuce crisp and cheese a sunny sight.
A bean burrito, warm and soft and deep,
Where savory comfort lulls the soul to sleep.
The cheesy fiesta potatoes, oh so grand,
A salty, creamy landscape in my hand.
And cinnamon twists, a sweet and sugary end,
A perfect circle, a delicious friend.
For seven dollars, a bounty I embrace,
A satisfying smile upon my face.
No need for more, no longing left to find,
The Taco Bell Big Box, a treat for heart and mind.
So thank you, Bell, for this affordable dream,
A seven dollar journey, a flavorful extreme.
In Idaho's beauty, my hunger takes its flight,
Fueled by your Big Box, morning, noon, and night.
