I really would like to see Taco Bell stepping up their game not only for their customers and the parents and Kevin they have to deal with but for their dashers The extreme amount of times I've had to go in and wait is insane update the stuff be courteous we know you guys are under a lot of pressure especially at night we greatly appreciate you we just want better

After a long day of working me, my fiance, and daughter decided to come grab a bite of food! When I tell you we don’t come to this location often because they are rude: tonight the young man outside in drive through: his name was Matthew: was so SWEET! Honestly he topped everyone here any time we come! This man deserves a raise! His customer service is top notch! Seriously the nicest dude!

what a culinary masterpiece this Taco Bell is!.Truly a beacon of fine dining staffed entirely by the most advanced NPCs on the market, programmed to move at glacial speeds and display zero awareness of their surroundings. Every visit is a thrilling mystery: will you get the wrong food? Absolutely. Will it be luke warm? Of course, it’s their signature temperature. And the portion sizes? Positively gourmet… if you’re feeding a hamster.

Used to be fine, now I have to order 15 feet away from the menu where I can’t see the items, but don’t worry, the person taking your order on an iPad instead of letting you pull up to the speaker has a small menu with a fraction of the items on it for you to choose from and if it’s not on there, you can pull out your phone and look up the full menu there. Because it would be absolutely stupid to actually use the speaker and menu for what they were intended, right??? I’ll just make the drive up to Hanley from now on.

I know it’s just Taco Bell and I’m not out here expecting fine dining, but I was on the phone with my sister while she went through the drive-thru in Coeur d’Alene and had to stop and ask who the hell was taking her order. Gavin. This kid is unreal.

Just pure good energy. Funny, helpful, knew the menu, upsold (yes, at Taco Bell) without being pushy, and made the whole interaction feel like more than just ordering fast food. I wasn’t even the one there and I still felt like I had An anmazing experience.

Seriously, someone give this dude a raise. He’s the exact kind of person who makes you believe in good customer service again.

Normally love coming here but this last time was absolutely awful. Took forever, forgot items in our order and then when we got home to eat the food was crap. Food is way too expensive these days for it to be subpar....just sayin
