We purchased this dining experience at an auction, and it far exceeded our expectations! The food was outstanding, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The atmosphere was amazing, with a stunning view of the lake that made the evening even more special. The service was warm and attentive, turning an auction win into a truly memorable dining experience—I’d highly recommend this restaurant!

My wife and I celebrated our 2-year anniversary at Terrazza and had an amazing experience. The food and drinks were delicious, and our server Donna made the day extra special with her outstanding service. Highly recommend!

Crazy but we waited 40 mins to get sat then once we sat down we weren’t even acknowledged by service staff for 25 mins??? Not even a glance in our direction despite trying to flag them down and parties sat after us provided with waters. We eventually left after we were unable to get anyone’s attention :( seems to be a reoccurring service issue and generally quite slow after reading reviews.

I want to clarify we have been here multiple times and the expertise has gotten worse and worse every time. Finally calling it quits, location can’t be beat but try almost anywhere else for better customer service. Genuinely disappointing. We kept coming back in the hopes it would improve but it hasn’t over the past two years.

We used to love this restaurant but something has really changed.
The servers were indifferent, drinks were not good, no one refilled water glasses, appetizer plates were not cleared from table when main course was served (we had to ask), the food was subpar - such a dramatic change from how good it once was - again, dirty plates were left sitting on our table until we gathered them ourselves and moved them to another table and finally they served lukewarm coffee with our dessert. What a disappointment. This restaurant will be forced to close its doors if there aren’t huge changes made…and made immediately.

Do not order the biscuits and gravy. Whatever came to us on that plate did not taste like biscuits and gravy and it looked absolutely horrible. It was orange and definitely not sausage in it. Luckily, we did ask for a refund for that and they were fine with that. My husband did enjoy his salad. I didn’t really like my hashbrowns and breakfast scramble much at all. Hashbrowns seemed like something that came from a frozen package from Winco. I was definitely not impressed with the food whatsoever, but the ambience is great! I’m not sure we will be going back there honestly.

I was so excited to bring my mom for her birthday. We ordered the Ceviche De Mango., listed ingredients: mango, onion, spices chilis, Serrano peppers mixed with red onions, cucumber, cilantro and avocado cubes.
What we got: shrimp, chilies, cilantro and a few pieces of mango.
We don’t eat shrimp, so felt safe to order. Be ware if you can’t have shrimp, they don’t list it. After 20 minutes when the waitress came back, I told her this was the wrong order. Instead of apologizing or offering to fix, she went and checked with the kitchen & manager…. Said this is what they have and how it is served. Last comment, the shrimp looked raw. I make ceviche myself and never had my fish look raw, I use cod.

The margaritas were tasty but no alcohol. Priced at $13 each, you think they would have a little alcohol.

We order a poblano burger with a Cesar salad. The salad was great, the burger was a bit plain.
The mahi-mahi tacos…. Not so tasty. A small strip of fish & a little coleslaw. The fish was overcooked.
My mom ordered a steak sandwich, she loved it.

Follow up: I spoke with the manager Tally, she is amazing. She apologized for this misunderstanding of the ceviche. All of their ceviche comes with shrimp, they are updating the menu’s.
The fact she reached out , makes a huge difference. Thank you Tally.

Start with positives: great outside view, good chips and guac, sea bass good but very mild tasting, good brussel sprouts, the ladies bathroom smelled delicious.
Now for the rest: super loooooong wait for service, asked for water refill and didn't get it until we asked a different server, med rare sirloin steak was tough, chewy, flavorless and tepid, mashed potatoes were cold, veggy mix was cold and extremely oily, buttermilk ckn was dry and barely warm, soda drinks were flat tasting, EVERYTHING was WAY overpriced!!
We won't be back.

This was the best restaurant for my bachelorette! Our server, the manager and our food & drinks were SO good! Get the guava coconut margarita and the pork belly tacos!! Highly recommend going here! 🌮

We walked into this restaurant nearly empty with 14 people in our party and when asked if they had room I overheard a woman with tattoos on her arms say that how dare a party of 14 try to be seated without calling ahead. I felt that was a rude first impression. Great food and beautiful view. Sad rude employee ruined our rating.

Hate to say it but really did not have the best meal or experience.

The food did not have much flavor and was not anything like what was described on the menu. The drink flavors were pretty tasty, but definitely did not have any alcohol in them for $15 a drink.

We had been seated right away and ordered fairly quickly. The drinks came about 15 minutes after ordering but as for the food… We waited over an hour for 3 small plates! Our group happened to notice that multiple parties that were sat down after us had all been receiving their food long before us. Some even able to finish and leave before we could even receive our one appetizer…

We had ordered a Mango appetizer with a big mix of veggies, just to receive shrimp with none of the other veggies, and only a few pieces of mango… we asked our server and she just simply said “Well we ran out of mango so we made an exception for you and did shrimp.” Which is great except we do not eat shrimp due to allergies and we had not been warned about it being added. Thankfully I noticed before we had eaten anything.

The rest of the food was delivered. The mahi tacos had practically no fish on them whatsoever and the flavor was dry fish with no seasoning and an off taste somewhat in edible… The poblano burger was a good size but had no flavor beside from a little mushy pepper.

The only exception was the side Caesar salad that actually had some very good flavor to it and was the best part of the meal. Though the croutons were stale.

Overall, for three people we spent over $100 and sadly, did not bring any food home. Nice to say we’ve tried the place, but most likely will not be coming back.

I had the perfect evening at Terraza with a stunning view of the sunset on the water. Service was excellent and the soup was sincerely the best soup I've ever eaten. The sea bass was absolutely stellar as well. Strongly recommend to anyone in the area.

12/10 across the board!!! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Awesome service off the bat (hostess, bartender, and server) and a gorgeous patio overlooking the water. We ordered a good variety and loved everything. Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
