We had dinner and it was so good tonight. The waiter we had was so nice and so amazing. I think his name was Chris took care of us and made the experience great!!! He gets 5 stars also!!

Aaliyah was the worst server I have EVER had at this establishment. I have eaten here with my family at least 20 times over the past four years. Texas Roadhouse has the best food, always cooked to perfection, friendly staff, fun environment, and an overall great vibe. One of our favorite places to go out to eat and have a good time. I love coming here and enjoying a few beers to unwind with my meal. I always leave feeling happy and satisfied. That was far from my experience today. Drinks ran dry for very long segments of time, which was not ideal after ordering the spicy appetizer of Rattlesnake Bites, which are delicious. However, if your server doesn't refill your beverage, it becomes unpleasant rather quickly. I had one beer and would have ordered several more, but I was never offered another one, and the one I did order took forever since my server never actually went to the bar to get it. While friendly enough when she did stop by, it was rather frustrating to sit there unattended for long periods of time, as all the other tables around us had their servers attentively tending to their needs. When it came time to leave, Aaliyah directed us to the electronic device on the table to run our card and pay the tab. However, she awkwardly stood there while we paid, and we felt pressured to leave a decent tip, even though we didn't feel one was deserved. I expect more from Texas Roadhouse staff, and this particular server does not give this establishment a good vibe, nor positively represent the company. It is also in poor taste for a server to display ethnic pride symbolism on their notepad that is positioned very closely in front of their patrons while taking their order. That was also very awkward to experience. Needless to say, we will not be coming back for a very long time

It is a little loud in there but, food was great, service was great, early online check in is easy. Bread is so good. And ribs really are fall off the bone. Prices are decent as well. Looking forward to our next date night here.

Visited a little bit ago. Definetly a staple of Coeur D' Alene, thanks to Brock, the server, the experience was elevated! Food was of course great. I would recommend going in on a weekday, it can get heptic on Friday nights/the weekends. :)
Always great food and service. The only negative is it gets very busy and loud. Can't beat the steaks though.

So I'm sitting outside using the online order system. My order is 15 minutes late. I finally go to the window and my order is sitting there. Lots of orders just sitting there. Don't rely on your tech if you're not going to use it.

When we got seated both the silverware and the appetizer plates that were given to us were filthy. And the waiter didn't want to take them away.

The service was terrible. We arrived and they told us that it was a 30-minute wait, and we waited, and then they said we had to wait another 20 to 30 minutes. Don't go hungry because you'll fall from waiting so long.😠😤
