On a busy morning service was prompt, cheerful and excellent. Food was not really anything to write home about. Egg was cooked right, hashbrowns not nearly as crispy as I prefer, sausage patty was barely done and there was a generous slice of sourdough toast. Coffee cup was kept full and hot.
Good food, We waited quite a bit to just be acknowledged. I would love for employees to just say something to ppl. "Good morning"; "hello, have you been helped?". Even if it isn't "your" job, acknowledge you see people. Just say "hi, one moment ". No way are you too busy for that! It makes a HUGE difference.
