We came starving, had a Vegan burger and huge stack of fries...staff is super awesome and friendly, we came in late in the eve, they looked beat, but managed. also the key pad is for repeat customers that do rewards, just order sit and enjoy

Thought we’d try a new place. Sorely disappointed. Took 25 minutes to get our beers, (after going to the counter twice) … which came in a can, so no prep required. Waited 45 for a simple burger. Restaurant is not busy and plenty of people working. Definitely won’t waste time coming here again.

We stopped in on Saturday evening, after a long drive. The food at The Burger Dock was actually pretty good, but the overall experience was a bit disappointing. The staff seemed more focused on chatting with each other than on customer service. I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but it felt like we were bothering them for stopping in, rather than a welcoming environment.
I ordered a salad that was supposed to have quinoa, but it came without it—and no one mentioned it was missing. My daughter also ordered a chocolate milkshake and was brought vanilla instead, with no explanation.
Again, the food itself was tasty, but a little more kindness from the staff would’ve made a big difference.

I just spent $40 for 2 cheeseburgers and 2 shakes and when we got are food the burgers were raw. They didn't ask me how I wanted them .
