The Deli has made changes that resulted in 2 stars. The bread they are using is too dense and the sandwich was too dry.

I love going here, they have great selections on both products and food. Everything is so fresh and they seem to have new things everytime I walk in. I look forward to going again and seeing all the friendly faces.

I don't shop here for items but I used to love the food, particularly the luigi sandwich. Went in today and I was disappointed. Seems they changed the bread they use to make it (I assume a new ownership had to do with the changes) the current bread they use is way too dense and flavorless and takes away from the deliciousness. Not bad enough that I didn't finish it (I did, I was hungry) but it's enough that I won't crave it again like I did the previous version and probably won't have food there again. The staff was all friendly though.

The new owner is extremely hard working and clearly cares about her business and customers. Great service and most importantly, the quality of their deli has gone up significantly. The old staff was a bunch of kids that would slap together a sandwhich, neglecting allergy and intolerance requests which is ridiculous, especially for a nearly $20 sandwhich. The new staff justifies the price-tag of their food.

If i could leave under one star I would. I don’t know what happened to this place the last few months, it used to be one of my favorite places to shop but now you cant even make a basic return. The new staff is just… cold. I don’t know how else to describe it, but this is not the culinary stone my family has known and loved for years.
The cooking classes, one of the best parts of the store, seems all but gone. I heard there won’t even be the barbecues and featured bands my family has gone to almost every year. Words can not describe my disappointment. Will not be returning.

Management changed and am unable to make a return. Trying to find reasons to shop local but you make it difficult.

This place is amazing, the new owners have done an amazing job. I'm so glad they cleaned house staff wise, it is now a much friendlier and more enjoyable place to shop. I also love the changes being made with new products and new ideas.

Went to the Valentine’s Day class and it was insanely good! It was also such an innovative idea for a class (take and bake). The beef Wellington, potatoes, and salad were all perfect the next day and chef Lesa was great! Funny, knowledgeable, and I definitely learned some new kitchen skills. Can’t wait to go back!
