The Floating Green Restaurant

Beautiful spot to have a meal! Unfortunately service is slow, even just getting a beer takes forever. Not sure why they ask for feedback but don’t seem to be making any changes. We ordered an appetizer which showed up after two of our four meals ordered, and after I asked why we didn’t receive it. No offer to comp it or even an apology, pretty unprofessional in my opinion. Won’t be back!

Two of us ordered the Southwest Salad, which includes guacamole on the menu. When the salads arrived without the guacamole, the server said they were out. But another dish had avocado on top, so I asked for avocado. The server said I would be CHARGED EXTRA for the avocado, even though I was already paying for guacamole that was missing. I said that wasn't right, and magically she came back with two sides of guacamole, that she just said they were out of. This is on top of needing to get up and find the server to order, and then again to get our bill. I expect far more from a restaurant attached to the Coeur d'Alene golf course and Hagadone. Won't be bringing guests back again.

We were not advised that brunch service ends at 11 AM,, so our brunch reservation at 11 was lunch. Food service was very slow and food was ho-hum..disappointing for the price. ;-(

Overall, the restaurant is a great choice for those looking to enjoy a meal with a view, especially for golf enthusiasts or visitors seeking a picturesque setting.

I loved the Wedge Salad and my friend had the Chicken Cesar salad and our server was friendly but you could tell she was running to serve the guests with efficiently. Thank you Rocio. The atmosphere is enhanced by the beautiful lake views, making it a pleasant spot for a meal. A great place to relax and grab a great meal!

Waited over 40 minutes for our food while tables around us filled, were fed and emptied. Finally gave up, will spend our money elsewhere. Very disappointing.

Well our first impression wasn't a good one. We were really looking forward to having the lobster rolls which are on their online menu only to find out that they had a limited menu for Labor Day weekend, one of the busiest weekends of the summer. After getting over that disappointment my wife ordered a filet medium rare. It arrived almost well done. Our server never came back to ask us how everything was so we had to chase someone down to let them know that the steak was not correct. Instead of putting our replacement steak in front of the line, we had to wait another 20+ minutes and it still hadn't come. By that time my had gotten cold so I had to finish it so we ended up not getting the second entrée so my wife never even got to have an entrée for dinner. They didn't charge us for her, but that is besides the point. Really disappointed- Hopefully the golf experience will be much better!!!

The view is spectacular and it was a great day for sitting on the deck overlooking the floating green. The food however, was not very good. After waiting for quite a while for our breakfast, they brought my wife a completely different omelet than what she ordered. She decided to keep it as it took so long to get - and it was not busy at that time. There were minimal toppings in it, and she ended up eating very little as it was just not good. Despite the error, and almost none of the food touched on her plate, there was no mention of taking it off the bill. We would not go back there.
