The Surf Shack Reviews
I asked for a water cup. I don't drink soda or beer. The nice girl hands me a small cup. There was no water option on the soda dispenser so yes, I took a little sprite. I had a couple sips when the cook or whoever the jerk was came up to me and said sodas are $2. I gave him $2. He says no, $2.12. I gave him $3, said keep then change, keep the food, keep the money I paid you and I walked out. If you're going to be that petty, you don't deserve my or any of my friends business....read full review
I usually get the Philly which is worth the $9 and today I decided to try a $7 burger and it's the size of a Junior bacon cheeseburger worth $3.50.
The Philly is amazing and fries are good!
Terrible Food. Slow service. Went through the drive thru and it took about 15 min almost said scew it and our money back butdecided to give it a shot. Boy were we Wrong. I got the Hawaiian burger and it was about the size of a Jr burger patty at other fast food places, and way to salty. S/O got the double and missing veggies when he asked for it. Both buns were hard and falling apart. Burgers weren't even fully wrapped up. Definitely won't be going back and definitely do not recommend.

The Surf Shack is a popular restaurant known for its delicious food, especially the onion rings and burgers. Customers enjoy the friendly service and describe the staff as "super awesome sauce." The restaurant has an old-school charm and a fun surf decor that matches its vibe. It offers a variety of burgers, a Philly, a chicken sando, and a non-meat black bean vegetarian option. Sides include regular and sweet potato fries, tater tots, and onion rings, with a kids menu available for families. The food is made to order, and although peak times may require some patience, many say it’s worth the wait. Customers appreciate that the burger, such as the Longboard burger, is tasty and hits the spot, with bacon that isn’t flabby. The sweet potato fries and tater tots are well-liked, especially with a good Thousand Island-like dip. The restaurant also serves domestic and craft beers, White Claws for non-beer drinkers, and has a soda fountain. Live reggae music by local artist Byrd and his band, Agape, adds to the great atmosphere, with sound quality that is clear and free from echo or static feedback. Despite offering soft serve and shakes on the menu, they may sometimes be out of these desserts. Overall, The Surf Shack is a fun and tasty spot that many customers plan to return to.
