My wife and I ate here while traveling home from Vancouver, Washington. We saw the high praise high reviews. We were not disappointed!The Reuben sandwich was an amazing experience. A large sandwich with generous and delicious portion of pastrami made by the proprietor his self. The best Reuben sandwich I've ever had.The ribs were flavorful as well though a bit dry. I doubt technique was the issue with the ribs and had to do more with the animal itself. I would love to try the again.If you're looking for quality "Q" Triple B Backhills is a barbeque spot that you should definitely try.

The food was AMAZING!! The tri tip was melt in your mouth good and the loaded baker was cooked to perfection. The prices and service were good too AND they honor those who serve the citizens. This is a MUST STOP any time your in town. ❤

Wow what a disappointment... Worst ribs ever! Overcooked & burnt on the ouside. There's no meat falling off of these. Yuk!Mac & Cheese is yummy.

Pretty good food. My boyfriend and I have gotten the Valkyrie a few times and never disappoints. 2 things.... 1) the phone number listed on the building/truck (whatever it's called) which is also the same number on Facebook/google/Yelp, the number is apparently not working? I tried calling it a couple times just to make sure, and it kept saying it was no longer an available number. 2) we visited the food truck area twice this week and both days they were closed. Still pretty good food though

This was our first time trying Triple B Backwoods BBQ so we got a good sampling of all the meats and sides so we could try all of it. This is BY FAR the best BBQ in the inland northwest starting with the home made sauce! The spareribs were cooked to perfection! Tender and juicy with just the right amount of smoke bark. The Tri tip was delicious, tender, and juicy. The Pulled pork was absolutely perfect, the Mac & cheese was creamy and delicious, the beans were very tasty, and the pineapple coleslaw was delicious. My wife and I totally enjoyed all the deliciousness the we put in our mouths. We will absolutely be going back for more! I HIGHLY recommend this BBQ!!! Thank you Triple B Backwoods BBQ!!Update: Since our first time visiting this amazing place, we've tried to go back repeatedly after checking their Facebook page and attempting to calling them on the phone only to find that they weren't really open even though the posted hours said they would be. Very disappointing after driving 30 minutes from Twin Lakes to get there!

Finally! Some great bbq! We have tried all over the area and this was by far the best. Haven't had barbecue this good since we were in Oklahoma. Had a Valkyrie platter and rack of ribs to go. It was all finger lickin good! I especially loved the juicy tri-tip. Love the homemade sauce too. Service was fast and very friendly. Prices were very reasonable. We are already planning what we will get next time...Thank you Triple B Backhills BBQ! Now for a nap.

These guys are hands down the best food trucks in the area, the one on best and Prarie do amazing food, great customer service and they care about their customers. Definitely worth trying weather your a local or traveling. If I could give a better rating I would. The picture doesn't do the foods justice. Try it for yourself and you'll feel the same way I do. Thanks for the amazing quality you guys.

My meal had everything I'd want on a plate of BBQ. Pulled pork and tri tip were outstanding and the beans, Mac and slaw were all really good. All the flavors worked well Together and the meat was cooked perfectly.

This was the best BBQ I've had yet! We got a tri-tip sandwich, a pulled pork sandwich, as well as baked beans, and mac-n-cheese. The tri-tip was perfectly smoked, tender, and sooo good! The pulled pork was just absolutely melt-in-your-mouth, smoked to perfection as well! The BBQ sauce was spicy,, and sweet, reminded me of pineapples, very delicious! The baked beans were smoked, hint of sweetness, seasoned with garlic, just scrumptious! And the mac-n-cheese was divine! Garlicky, cheesy, a bit spicy from fresh ground black pepper, and the cavatappi was perfect for keeping the noodles saucy! I LOVED it! And I'm very sad that I won't be going to Coeur d'Alene again before moving out of state ? Thanks Backhills BBQ!
