I wanted to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience my family and I had at your location. There was a young blonde girl working—unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name—whose behavior was shockingly unprofessional and upsetting.
We had originally gone through the drive-thru and informed her that one of the people we were ordering for is vegan. We specifically requested avocado toast prepared to meet vegan standards. Instead of responding respectfully, she began laughing and said things like, “What do you even mean?” and “Like, can I put cream cheese on it?” Every question or request we made was met with laughter and sarcasm.
The situation became so frustrating that I exited the drive-thru line and went inside, leaving my family to continue ordering. Inside, I found the same employee twirling a broomstick around and then immediately handling food—without gloves—right after, while continuing to mock our order and laugh at my family through the window.
At that point, I let her know that we had just lost our father this past weekend, and that her behavior was unnecessary. Rather than responding with empathy or even basic courtesy, she snapped, “I didn’t do anything,” and continued to act rudely. She even glared at my mother through the drive-thru window afterward.
This kind of behavior is not only disrespectful, it’s entirely unprofessional. I sincerely believe it would be a disservice to your business to allow someone like that to continue representing your brand

Love wellness bar but went to riverstone location yesterday and service was very poor. No greeting just waited silently for me to order. Her boyfriend was also there so she was sitting there cuddled up as I walked in, with other customers in there as well. Came back in a few minutes later to get a lid and awkwardly stood at the counter for her to get up from sitting with her boyfriend. Love wellness bar but service wasn’t there at this location.

i've always loved the Wellness Bar, so i was excited to check out this location. it’s convenient, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. the girl who took my order was really sweet, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. if you are short on time, you can order ahead online, but honestly, all the locations are so cute, i don't mind waiting ... and it's never too long.

Wellness bar is one of our favorite spots in Coeur d’Alene. Best açaí bowls by far. Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with the individual serving us yesterday. We walked in and she was busy making something, but did not acknowledge our presence or say a single word for at least 5 minutes. When she did take our order she was rude and short. I watched her interactions with several other people and she just seemed condescending and like the last thing she wanted to be doing was working or helping people. As an experienced server and restaurant manager, I was honestly appalled at the lack of basic customer service skills.
