Which is really unfortunate because I've tried to go to this place at least four times since it's downtown and easily walkable from where I work, but I just can't get over how unkind the staff are.
The most recent time I went I felt rushed to order, the barista started writing my order on a hot cup before I'd even specified and then got annoyed at me for wanting an ice drink.
Neither of the baristas went out of their way to have a good experience with me, or at the bare minimum- even smile at me.
I keep wanting to believe this store has better service and so I keep going back hoping for a better experience, but I never receive one. So I think I've given up going here.
They had good coffee, but another time I went I asked for London fog and just a full cup of Earl Gray tea and while I know each coffee shop does things different, I knew that that wasn't a London fog. The barista was new and the other barista that was there corrected them but they didn't offer to remake it they just poured cold milk in the tea and gave it to me. (so it was STILL not a London Fog)
So all this to say you'll probably have a better experience, maybe I just came at bad times, and if you want a pretty good cup of coffee it's a good spot. Just don't go to Vault looking for friendly smiles or exceptional service.

We found this coffee shop on our way home from Montana and I’m so glad we did! The coffee was absolutely amazing, the atmosphere was cozy, and the scones were super tasty! Our new favorite anytime we are in the area, highly recommended!

The coffee here is not a lot better than SB. The person at the register did not know what a flat white was. She just gave me a latte. They burn the milk and the shot is bitter. Atmosphere is great. They need to work on the barista training though.

The seasonal iced coffee flight is fun! My favorite flavor was Charlie Brown. My daughter liked Sweater Weather best. The avocado toast with hard boiled egg hit the spot!

The seasonal drinks were amazing! We tried the White Pumpkin and Charlie Brown, and both were delicious. I also loved the latte art on top—it was a nice touch. I gave it 4 stars because the croissant sandwiches were just okay; I probably wouldn’t order them again. The barista was very helpful and recommended the drinks we ended up loving. The place isn’t the cleanest, but it does offer plenty of seating. If you visit, definitely try one of the seasonal drinks!

Traveling through CDA from St George, UT on an Idaho-loop road trip. Delighted to share a great experience at the Vault with my wife. Coffee (regular for me, decaf for her) were both excellent (for us, that means strong enough). I had a cappuccino as well, which was just ok as it tasted more like a latte (not enough coffee) vs some other ones I've had elsewhere. The protein balls I had were a great and unexpected treat, and a great offset to all the baked goods (I'm a protein hound). My wife's overnight oats we felt should be heated up a bit before serving. The atmosphere was great, with music just at the right decibel level, plenty of light and comfortable chair. Staff was very pleasantt and friendly. We'll be back tomorrow, God willing!
Good coffee, yummy yogurt parfait, diverse customer base—all good things. My husband said the burrito was just okay. The plush seats needed a good wipe down. Overall a decent place for coffee.
