We are passing by on our road trip, and we ordered a caramel latte and a haznut frappe at this Wake Up call drive-thru. Ember, our barista made the most amazing frappe!
Her attitude is super friendly and made us feel extremely welcomed ☺️
Keep up the amazing charisma Ember!

I stopped by the Wake Up Call coffee on Fourth Street in Coeur d’Alene. I just used the drive-through to check it out. The young barista was super nice and took our order without any problems. She asked some good questions to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.
We had a drip coffee with heavy cream and a hot chocolate with whipped cream. Both were completely tasty and well-made. It’s difficult to find places with heavy cream nowadays for the carnivore diet, so a location like this is a definite bonus.
Everything inside looked super nice and clean. The bottle labels were organized logically, and they had some fun Halloween decorations on the counter.
They had the usual iPad for signatures, payments, and all that stuff. Completely normal and expected. A totally modern operation.
The thermal protectors on the cups are actually really nice. It’s fun because they use an old rotary dial as a graphic. I bet none of the kids who work here have ever even seen one, let alone tried to use one. That would be pretty funny.
Will be back.

The most noticeable thing was how freaking nice the barista was! She made ordering so easy. The next was that I'm pretty sure I watched her actually measure out the sauces and syrups, which is a big deal to me because ordered half sweet and I adore a consistent coffee shop. Plus the coffee tasted perfect.

I have never got any food so I cannot give a review on that. But the lady that served me was wonderful and the Mad Hatter was wonderful and the fact that they give you a veteran's discount made it even better. Thank you

This place is consistent with all the others, staff seem to be friendly and outgoing. Parking it a little odd if your going to dine in but the drive though seems to be effective and productive. Clean restrooms and clean establishment.

Coffee and iced madhatters are soooo good! Always consistent. Wake up call is the best and is the best coffee stand I’ve been to yet.
