Most of the drinks I've tried are yummy, and the staff are typically nice, but you can't be chatting with a customer for 5+ minutes before he orders, and then when he finally pays, and you make or begin his drink, to go back to the window and begin chatting with him again when there's a line of cars waiting! We were waiting for over 8 minutes, in a hurry to get to work, and the barista was just talking with the customer who I assume was her friend. You can do that when there isn't a line, but this time there was. We couldn't order our drinks because if we waited any longer, we would've been late to work. These coffee stands are supposed to be quick, so you can grab your coffee just before work. But no. We couldn't because they decided to just have a long conversation.
Luckily I was able to pull out of the drive-thru, because it's a coffee stand with two lanes, and I was in the second one, already at the window, watching the employee and customer chat at the other lane/window.

Not a single price listed in plain view anywhere, even online they make it to where you have to enter into a door dash delivery to even see.....12 oz mocha, no ad ons....almost 6$. Not posting your prices is bad business. It means they know it's too much, and it is.

This place isn't bad for energy drinks,coffee, and food however I wouldn't recommend their Italian soda as it was very bland. Would totally recommend this place

Horrible customer service at this stand. Waited 25 minutes. The car in front of us took 20 minutes for one drink. Then once we got to the window there was no one there, and no one acknowledged us or the horrible wait we had. Don't swing by if youre looking for efficiency. This stand screams incompetent. Seemed like two teenagers with bad attitudes.

I have now been to every Wake up call in the area. Keep up the good work. Happy employees make happy customers!

I was having a tough morning and was dreading starting it without caffeine but I didn’t want to hit any of my usual spots. I took a chance and I do not know who she was but the lovely lady working the window at 10Am who made my four shots with cold foam absolutely rocked it! I didn’t even know I could be impressed by my meek order and she too it to the next level! Someone give her a raise!!!

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my lifetime. The barista was more worried about closing the stand, than serving her last customer of the day. After she handed me my coffee and I took a drink to make sure it tasted okay, I asked her politely to add more syrup. There was eye roll, a look of annoyance and arguing with me about how much more I needed. Following a thank you from myself she said nothing and slammed the window in my face. As a very dedicated wake up call drinker, I will not be returning to this stand ever again. Visited on 04/29/2025.
