Unfortunately all the food chains including Wendys must find a way to increase profits to their shareholders which in reality means serving an inferior product to their customers who pay a much higher price for a much smaller portion of food, this is the industry standard and the menus that you choose your items from look much better than the products that you receive in your bag, I still eat there on occasion even though I know that fast food can be some of the most unhealthy food a person can eat so I understand this and use them out of convenience when I've had a busy day in Coeur d'Alene and do not want to go home and cook a meal for my family

This was the WORST experience I have ever had at a Wendy's!!!!!!!! I came through the drive-thru and got the wrong food and my sprite had no syrup. So I go inside to swap out my food and get a new drink. The food I did get was crap, the fries were way over done and then I got a new drink but really it was the SAME Sprite with no flavor, I may as well have thrown my money in the garbage because that is where all my food went!!! I want my my money back and to never come back again!!!!!

We had such a good experience dining here! The cashier was so friendly and I noticed that he treated all the other customers that came in with the same friendliness and respect. Another staff member who was cleaning the windows greeted us and asked us about our meal. Our food came out quickly and my kids and I loved it. Very clean environment too. We will be coming back again.
