Usually this is our favorite place to go, but we ordered online dinner and when we got there to pick it up it was closed. They charged us $30 for our meal and we never received our food and I cannot get a refund because I can’t get ahold of anyone. I’ve called about 15 times and no one answers and their message box is full so I cannot leave a message. Still haven’t got a hold of anyone and it’s been almost a week.

No rice, no kim bap. Poor quality noodles. Bulgogi not great. Slightly better than a microwave meal.

I cannot begin to recommend this place enough. The kids are great, the food is absolutely amazing and I've never had anything from them that I didn't absolutely love. The colonel can fall in a hole, these guys make the best chicken.

Food definitely depends on who is working that day but we have had nothing bad from here. We have only tried the ramen but its always amazing, the spicy beef is the best!

This place is amazing but they need to update the hours of operation. They never seen to be open at 11.

Recently went there for the first time, got the spicy noodles with bulgogi and the Yaki mandu for $16. It was mediocre at best. Noodles are packaged shin noodles, bulgogi tasted like bulgogi, but the meat was a bit tough, the yaki mandu, was decent, but could have been more flavorful. Having spent a year in S. Korea I was excited to try this place, I think my expectations were too high. It's alright, but for $16...nah.

I’m honestly really disappointed to the point I want a refund I ordered broth on the side I was given less than half a cup of broth my ramen was overcooked there are more onions than any other veggie and it feels like I’m eating a gross pasta salad I wanted ramen not mush I honestly had to through it away I know you guys have good food and that’s why I’m mad how come I got this when my roommate ordered the same exact thing an hour ago and got good quality food
