OMG! I drive past this little town 4 times a year. A friend mentioned it was a must stop, and we did. Amazing! Food, service and atmosphere. It is very close to the main highway. If you get the urge for a delicious pizza and you are close to Council, Shy Simons Pizza is a must!

This 5 star review is from my 9 yr old son who really likes this place and so did I. He liked the soda selection (pineapple cream soda mixed with starry lemon lime). The pizza had very light and crisp crust with fresh toppings. The pastrami sandwich was cooked perfectly. Comfortable seats too :-) He says best pizza in the 🌍 10/10 on his rating scale.
