We made a quick trip up to Couer d'Alene and everyone wanted Mexican food for lunch. We were pleasantly surprised to find fajita burrito's on the menu at Mi Jalisco Taqueria and gave them a try. My wife and I ordered beef and my daughter went with chicken. The burrito's were giant - enough leftover for lunch the next day. The meat was tender and had a nice char flavor. The sauces and street tacos are delicious! One of the best in the area. The couple that operate the restaurant are patient, accommodating, and friendly.
