We love this place and have dined here on special occasions for many years. We enjoyed our “go to” entrees of bison short rib and lobster and shrimp ravioli. We started with the fantastic calamari appetizer and ended with marvelous chocolate lava cake and coffee. The bison lasagna is also a favorite. We treat our out of town guests with a delicious meal here and they are impressed we have such an authentic Italian restaurant in our little mountain town.

I can't possibly write a review every time we dine at this fabulous local gem. As a full-time resident of Tamarack Resort since 2020, and lover of fine dining, Ragazza di Bufalo has been a savior to my palate! The food quality is always exceptional, rotating seasonal menus keep it interesting, and the wine selection is wonderful. If Ragazza was located in a busy city, it would still remain on my regular rotation, it can compete with any restaurant in Idaho as far as I'm concerned. Thank you to Chef Topple and all the staff that keeps this darling eatery at the top of my list year after year. Bravo!

An old friend from out of town was visiting so we took him to Ragazza (our favorite special event restaurant). Food and service were outstanding as always. Our well traveled friend from Fountain Hills, AZ was very impressed. He thought the lasagna was the best he'd ever had. I thoroughly enjoyed the bison short rib and my wife had the lobster shrimp ravioli which was excellent as well. We finished with a shared lava cake and coffee. Perfect meal, perfect service, perfect evening. We'll be back!

Was absolutely blown away with the food and service. We initially had to reserve two tables for four. However once we arrived they were extremely accommodating and let us have a full table for eight. The waitress was incredible. The wine was great and reasonably price. All four courses were brought out timely.
Every dish was INCREDIBLE. All eight of us tried different dishes. Not only was there not a single complaint, but everyone was truly blown away.
My only complaint is there is not a Ragazza in Boise. They would give Luciano's a run for their money. Our group has an annual trip to Donnelly and Ragazza will be a staple every year to come.
I cannot speak highly enough of this restaurant!

We had a gift card from the Caldwell restaurant that unfortunately closed. We drove over 2 hours tonight to use the card for dinner. And had expected to spend well over the $50 value in dinner and wine. We were told that the card was no good - even though the restaurants were owned by the same party. We are driving another 2+ hours home. Not happy.

Don’t even try to take a big group here. For two years in a row we have tried to make reservations, and walk-in. We didn’t even care if our group got split up, but they wouldn’t even try to accommodate. They told us they were completely full and there was barely anyone there. Just poor customer service
