Eagle Coffee and Bakery has delicious pasties, excellent customer service and a great atmosphere both inside and outside the bakery. The only issue with the Eagle Coffee and Bakery is that there's too many great choices for pastries. I recently purchased two pies for Thanksgiving and each pie was excellent, especially the apple pie. The inside space can get busy but there's plenty of space outside and the patio is dog friendly. The weekend usually has live music as well.

This was my first time here and my first impression was how cute and nice the atmosphere was. I was greeted instantly with warm friendly faces when I walked in. I ordered the trailhead treat and I could honestly say it was one of the BEST coffees I’ve ever had. I will most definitely be back!

This coffee shop is a true gem! The moment you walk in, you're greeted by the comforting aroma of freshly brewed coffee and a warm, welcoming vibe. The staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely passionate about what they do—it really shows in the service.
The coffee is amazing—rich, smooth, and expertly made. Whether you're into classic espresso or specialty drinks, they do it right every time. And the pastries? Absolutely delicious. Freshly baked, perfectly flaky, and the kind of treats you find yourself thinking about long after you leave. My favorite of all time is the blueberry danish .
It’s the perfect spot to relax, catch up with friends, or get a little work done.

The food was good and the coffee was okay. The atmosphere leans very liberal — just a heads up if that matters to you. The bathrooms are labeled all-gender, which caught me a bit off guard. I value places that make everyone comfortable, but I also believe in clear distinctions between men’s and women’s spaces.

In the WinCo Center in Eagle, in the southeast corner next to the Pilates studio. Outstanding baked items, and fantastic quiches (among other gastronomic delights). I never go to this part of the center. My husband did the other day and took me back today. hHighly recommend, especially if you are trying to avoid the nightmare that downtown Eagle has become with all the construction.

Love this place it has the best food and coffee ever.
