Eagle Coffee and Bakery

In the WinCo Center in Eagle, in the southeast corner next to the Pilates studio. Outstanding baked items, and fantastic quiches (among other gastronomic delights). I never go to this part of the center. My husband did the other day and took me back today. hHighly recommend, especially if you are trying to avoid the nightmare that downtown Eagle has become with all the construction.

My experience here was absolutely flawless in every aspect. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a cute little coffee date, a quiet place to start your day, hang out, or get some online work done!

This has by far the best coffee of any other place in eagle. My teenage daughter fell in love with cappuccinos in Italy and says that Eagle Coffee's taste the same.
They also always have a large selection of delicious baked goods even in the afternoon for tea.

Great place friendly staff!

Crowded, hot and the live music was too loud. I wasn't thrilled with the ube pistachio latte--it lacked flavor and any essence of matcha was far and between. Be prepared to spend extra $$ for a small amount of coffee. I will say the caramel macchiato was okay, but it did taste like anything I could make at home. The sizing didn't seem to make sense as I thought I was getting a 12 oz but it came out like a 8 oz. Sad I couldn't review this local favorite more generously.

Employee were breaking down boxes making alot of unnecessary noise.

This cafe is cozy and the ambience is nice. The food and drink options are expansive, and priced very well.
The staff are very friendly and attentive.

The pastries are as delicious as they are oversized! Very attentive and friendly staff. The seating is varied and cozy. I’m not a local but I visit this coffee shop every time I’m in the area.

This place feels like my second home. Clay is the most welcoming cashier artist I’ve ever met! Maybe not ever but you catch my drift… he’s AMAZING AT helping you feel welcome. Chris equally amazing and also skilled behind the bar and being honoring of our time and space. Riley is also a barista ninja and made me the very best sunburst smoothie and recommended I put lions mane in it since I wanted that but not the latte cause I’m laying off drugs (caffeine included) for the time being. I HIGHLY recommend going on a Saturday morning - live music!
