NOT ONLY HAVE WE HAD 2, NOT 1 BUT 2 RAW BURGERS IVE GIVEN TO MY CHILD. BUT they offered to give us a remake of the meal. I had to argue with the person to get it. And then I STIL GET ANOTHER RAW BURGER and to top it off, the drinks are disgusting and I was given NO BBQ saw for the pulled pork sandwich. I will NEVER COME BACK TO THIS ARBYS EVER AGAIN.

It’s now. 6:34 pm. I received my order. Fries were cold. Rejected for hot fries.

Took 12minutes to go through drive through with only one car in front of me. They gave me the wrong sandwich. It had cheese on it which was gross. The fries were barely warm. I didn't realize wrong order till I got home. I did complain to employee but she appeared to care less. I guess she's used to complaints about slow service.

I went through the drive thru and Dalton took my order. When I got to the window I said hi how’s it going.. he complete ignored me and just took my card. Didn’t say a word even when he handed me me my meal and I said thank you. Funny how little things like that can make you feel terrible. I’ll never come here again

I did a uber eat order for dinner tonight. We didn’t not receive all over our order we were missing have of it. The food was cold upon arrival. I will not be eating at Arby’s again. This experience has ruined it for me and I used to enjoy eating there

With the prices at fast food these days the customer should get , at the least , a quality product . Curly fries were clearly old and bottom of the batch as they were all short and broken . Forgot our chicken nuggets at 4.99 . Roast beef old and not fresh . Do better . $30 bucks for a meal is a joke with this quality .

They get my order wrong literally every time. It’s genuinely impressive. But arbys food rocks so I don’t care. This time an employee got in a fight with her unfaithful boyfriend in the lobby while I was eating. They didn’t even make me pay extra for the show. I had to cover my little kids ears, but it was so worth it.I love this place.

Pretty bad experience. We were coming back from working out of town for a couple of days. Finally, we're getting a late dinner. Came in 1.5 hours before closing. They had most of the store ready for close. Not a big deal. No one came out from the back. We waited for maybe 15-20 minutes. Tried getting their attention. No big deal. Got our food and left. Took a couple of bites. Almost threw up. When I finally got to see the sandwich, it looked so bad. It looked like the meat was rotten. I can only believe what they did was intentional. We were the only customers in there. See the picture.
