Friendly and helpful staff. Location is always clean, service is fast, and I never have to worry about my order being messed up. Gotta go with a side of jalapeño poppers with the slider sandwiches and if you're feeling up for it, they have pretty good shakes too. Arby's does in fact have the meats.
Absolutely terrible costumer service. Pulled into the drive through and a young black lady was taking me and my wife’s order. She had a Disgusting attitude, After each thing I ordered it was “anything else”. I asked for a meal and got the same answer. Usually they ask you what you’d like to drink but not this girl she just kept saying anything else with the same annoyed tone like I was a burden to her. Pulled up to the window and she was mouthing cuss words into the back to her coworker. Then came back up to the window and told me very rudely to park in front and wait for my food. This woman obviously does not care about her job. Plus we didn’t get our food for almost an hour. Do not come to this place

Freezing cold lobby; staff said they had no thermostat control, so we got up, walked out, and ate in the car. All they did was come outside and vape.

NOT ONLY HAVE WE HAD 2, NOT 1 BUT 2 RAW BURGERS IVE GIVEN TO MY CHILD. BUT they offered to give us a remake of the meal. I had to argue with the person to get it. And then I STIL GET ANOTHER RAW BURGER and to top it off, the drinks are disgusting and I was given NO BBQ saw for the pulled pork sandwich. I will NEVER COME BACK TO THIS ARBYS EVER AGAIN.
I placed an order online at 5:45 pm for pick up at 6:20 pm. It’s 6:30 pm and my order still isn’t ready. Nice girl though.
It’s now. 6:34 pm. I received my order. Fries were cold. Rejected for hot fries.

Took 12minutes to go through drive through with only one car in front of me. They gave me the wrong sandwich. It had cheese on it which was gross. The fries were barely warm. I didn't realize wrong order till I got home. I did complain to employee but she appeared to care less. I guess she's used to complaints about slow service.

I went through the drive thru and Dalton took my order. When I got to the window I said hi how’s it going.. he complete ignored me and just took my card. Didn’t say a word even when he handed me me my meal and I said thank you. Funny how little things like that can make you feel terrible. I’ll never come here again
