We go to the Blaze at Chinden and Linder often. The last couple times we’ve been there’s a new guy that’s been so kind and really listens to your requests of how you want your pizza made (the sole purpose of going to a place like Blaze). All the workers are kind and helpful. The atmosphere is always clean and fun. And the taste and ability to customize our pizzas is what keeps us returning. Glad to have this option nearby.

Yet another experience of poor customer service. In the last 12-16 months I have visited two locations (Nampa and Eagle) about 4 times. Each time the customer service has been poor. Tonight the staff took my order in an expedient manner, but by the time I made it to the cash register no one was there. I waited approx 5 min for someone to come over to the register and attempt to ring me up. Then it took them another 5 min or so to figure out how to ring up the Two Top and a drink special for $10. Two times the price was incorrect, and finally on the 3rd time they got it right.
I don't want any special offers or free stuff, just please ensure your staff is trained properly on customer service, I am done, but before you lose any other customers please fix the training shortfalls.

Blaze Pizza was a great surprise to me. I was able to build my own fired pizza choosing a wide variety of sauces and topping. More than I could eat in one sitting.
The building was clean and neat, bathrooms clean and neat.
Everyone working was friendly and focused.

If I could give you guys 0 stars I would. I order a custom pizza online and first off my pizza did not have that much cheese and no sauce. I only had one clove of garlic on the WHOLE PIZZA. I barely had chicken and ham. Half the pizza did not have any ingredients. If Lebron James found out that one of his stores put up a 0/10 performance, he probably cry himself to sleep. I am not mad, Im very mad. Im not disappointed, Im very disappointed. Ive been loyal constumer since 2015 and I probably would not come back. I guess it time to go to Dominos and Papa Murphy and Papa Johns even though they are not good. Says something about blaze if I have to go to Dominos.
