Yet another experience of poor customer service. In the last 12-16 months I have visited two locations (Nampa and Eagle) about 4 times. Each time the customer service has been poor. Tonight the staff took my order in an expedient manner, but by the time I made it to the cash register no one was there. I waited approx 5 min for someone to come over to the register and attempt to ring me up. Then it took them another 5 min or so to figure out how to ring up the Two Top and a drink special for $10. Two times the price was incorrect, and finally on the 3rd time they got it right.
I don't want any special offers or free stuff, just please ensure your staff is trained properly on customer service, I am done, but before you lose any other customers please fix the training shortfalls.

Blaze Pizza was a great surprise to me. I was able to build my own fired pizza choosing a wide variety of sauces and topping. More than I could eat in one sitting.
The building was clean and neat, bathrooms clean and neat.
Everyone working was friendly and focused.
Good pizza, appropriate atmosphere for lunch, clean and neat.

If I could give you guys 0 stars I would. I order a custom pizza online and first off my pizza did not have that much cheese and no sauce. I only had one clove of garlic on the WHOLE PIZZA. I barely had chicken and ham. Half the pizza did not have any ingredients. If Lebron James found out that one of his stores put up a 0/10 performance, he probably cry himself to sleep. I am not mad, Im very mad. Im not disappointed, Im very disappointed. Ive been loyal constumer since 2015 and I probably would not come back. I guess it time to go to Dominos and Papa Murphy and Papa Johns even though they are not good. Says something about blaze if I have to go to Dominos.

Dirty dining area. Garbages overflowing, dishes piled up despite only 3 customers. When I asked for drizzle (which I had ordered ) the young man was visibly annoyed. The staff were very slow and obviously didn't want to be there. Very unfriendly! We won't be going back

The food is pretty decent, but man they are VERY stingy with the toppings. Also, they started blasting the music super loud near the end of my lunch - my mom and I felt like it was an attempt to get us out of the restaurant, even though we were still eating and chatting. It was super bizarre. We tipped and were very polite, so I'm really not sure what that was all about. Kinda disappointed in this location.

We used to come here quite often, but after our most recent experience, I’ll never return to this location. Time and time again, we’ve tried ordering ahead online or by phone, and without fail, they’ve forgotten to prepare our order. This last visit was the worst. Not only did they forget to make our order, but they also failed to notify us that they had run out of gluten-free dough (only a couple of our pizzas out of a large order were GF). They didn't bother to inform us that they weren't planning on preparing any of our order. We didn't find this out until 45 minutes AFTER the pizzas were supposed to be ready. The trip was a complete waste of time. When we asked for a refund, they refused, claiming they were too busy. It’s been two days now, and I’m still waiting for that refund...

Always a great pizza but the service is terrible. We waited 5 minutes after placing the order to build out pizzas because the guy that was supposed to be building the pizzas had disappeared so no one knew what the other one was doing. All high school kids running the place. No management in sight.
