The food is pretty decent, but man they are VERY stingy with the toppings. Also, they started blasting the music super loud near the end of my lunch - my mom and I felt like it was an attempt to get us out of the restaurant, even though we were still eating and chatting. It was super bizarre. We tipped and were very polite, so I'm really not sure what that was all about. Kinda disappointed in this location.

We used to come here quite often, but after our most recent experience, I’ll never return to this location. Time and time again, we’ve tried ordering ahead online or by phone, and without fail, they’ve forgotten to prepare our order. This last visit was the worst. Not only did they forget to make our order, but they also failed to notify us that they had run out of gluten-free dough (only a couple of our pizzas out of a large order were GF). They didn't bother to inform us that they weren't planning on preparing any of our order. We didn't find this out until 45 minutes AFTER the pizzas were supposed to be ready. The trip was a complete waste of time. When we asked for a refund, they refused, claiming they were too busy. It’s been two days now, and I’m still waiting for that refund...

Always a great pizza but the service is terrible. We waited 5 minutes after placing the order to build out pizzas because the guy that was supposed to be building the pizzas had disappeared so no one knew what the other one was doing. All high school kids running the place. No management in sight.

I’ve been going to Blaze for a while and will continue to! I went about 20 minutes away, and your employee Tyson deserves a raise or to be noticed and appreciated. There were about six employees on staff, and he was the only one working hard. The other employees were either on their phones, leaning on the counters, or chatting with the dishwasher in the back.
Meanwhile, Tyson had over 10 pizzas in the oven, was saucing pizzas, throwing new ones in, rotating them, and boxing food—all while the others stood around and watched like he was the odd man out. They didn’t offer to help or anything, even though it was clearly busy! Customers just stared as he worked his butt off. One employee was even leaning against the side of the oven on their phone.
I felt bad for Tyson—he deserves the entire tip jar. If I’d had cash, I would’ve given it directly to him. We were there around 7:40 PM on December 23rd. Please give this man a raise or show him some appreciation!

If you like pizza lunchables, this place is for you. Undercooked dough, cold tomato sauce with zero flavor. Didn’t get half my sauces. Cheese bread is meh. Never again will they get my money.
