I ordered the mini tacos (comes w/4) w/chicken. guac & queso w/chips. I requested extra limes. it far surpassed my expectations..it came with 2 different salsas as well with rice and beans. it was an ubereats order and this will definitely be added into my regular places to order from!

My wife and I come here at least once per week. Good food and great service! Very inexpensive food and very large portions!

The wait staff works hard, but the kitchen needs to up their game. I've been here twice and each time my order has been incorrect. As mentioned in another review, the meat isn't seasoned. Its as though the cook never had a good street taco and is simply putting some cooked meat in a tortilla. The two salsa are quite good, tho.

Cute space with good, attentive service. Liked both salsas provided with the chips. Taco salad was pretty good once beans were added. However, one slice of avocado doesn't really warrant even mentioning it on the menu. Fajitas were very disappointing, peppera and onions only and didn't even come with the mushrooms listed on menu. Veggies were cooked well but no seasoning to them other than the smokiness of the cook.

Good food, friendly & accommodating staff, and a great setting make this an excellent choice for a meal.

I don't understand how the food was so bland. The salsa was so dark and looked so good, but almost no flavor. I ordered the Fish taco's because the waitress (who was very nice) said it was one of their most popular. The Tacos looked so good, they were hot and fish was fresh tasting, but almost no flavor and they didn't give you any extra sauces to spice it up. The tortilla chips were my favorite part, they were warm and light and crisp.....mmmmm. I wish I had only went there for their chips.

My first time there. The staff and service was fast and attentive. The food is quality but everything thing lacked flavor. The salsa with the chips is a dark roasted sala but it was missing heat and salt. Same with the proteins, no flavor.Prices might be 15% high.shame you cannot order single tacos.

Very mixed on this place. Server was friendly did a fine job, one of my tacos (shrimp taco with cabbage and pineapple salsa) was not too shabby, just really needed some salt, lime, and some heat. My second taco on the other hand (blue toro taco) had bland steak, and the salsa tasted like tomatoes with about a cup of sugar added to them and plopped on the top of my taco - effectively making it taste like a cheeseburger with waaay too much ketchup. Tacos should not taste like a burger. The rice was ok and the beans were luke warm and flavorless. I do once again want to hand it to the wait staff for being timely and friendly. Please take in to account the fact that you don't need to be a traditional Mexican restaurant to have good Mexican inspired food. This is just not very good food. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk.

My husband and I thought we would give Blue Toro a try. Place is clean and service was excellent but the food was very disappointing. I ordered the tacos and my husband ordered tamales and they were bland as well as the salsa. Needless to say we will not be back. And if the owner responds to this asking what he can do to “fix it” may I suggest cooking classes for the chefs.

First time in this evening. The service was fast and very prompt. I was super stoked to see a California Burrito. As I am a big fan of French fries, carne asada, cheese and sour cream. Who isn’t?! My wife ordered the Piggy Burrito. When our food arrived, very fast might I add. My burrito was dwarfed in comparison to my wife’s burrito and yet they both cost $10. I unwrapped my to roughly find about 6 fries and about 3oz of meat. I can gauge the oz based off of meal prepping at home. The flavors in the California Burrito were great, however the size and amount of food I got for $10 was laughable. I’d been better off going to Los Betos for the same burrito at twice the size for $6. I’ve gotten more from Taco Bell for $10 than this place. All in all, I don’t see a reason to go back. Place might charge Eagle prices but lacks Eagle Quality. This place won’t last much longer in its location if changes aren’t made. Huge potential and I hope they improve.

Serving size here is well worth the cost! You've got to have the California Burrito - but the Idaho Burrito and Spicy Steak Burrito were hits as well.
