absolutely phenomenal performance. The boba balls tremendously melted in my precious taste buds.There is an amazing Acumen that these Anagnorisistic workers put into these absurdly Assiduous Calligypgian Boba drinks. i am significantly proud and pleased.

bad service and rude worker. Waited over 30 minutes for our drinks and told we were being loud and annoying by the pink haired worker when we were just laughing and talking as good friends do. we went up to grab our drinks and politely said thank you, and then she looked at us and snapped. “you guys are so disruptive laughing and screaming in this confined space, i should not be able to hear you over the (very quiet) music” We were simply having a good time together as we waited an absurd amount of time for two simple drinks. She rolled her eyes at many other customers, it was quite rude. Anyways i’m not typically one to leave bad reviews, but this was quite offensive and not professional in any way.

I came today with a group of nine to get drinks, and the young kid working seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing. He gave us eight drinks at first, and when we told him we were missing one, he insisted he’d given us nine. Then he said, ‘There were ten of you guys, so you have to pay for another one.’ It didn’t make sense, but I didn’t want to argue since there was a big line waiting to order. Very disappointed with the experience

Used to love this place so much and went there for years with no issues up until now. I work close by so I would go pretty frequently, typically every Saturday afternoon. The girl they used to have working Saturday afternoons was wonderful, but now they have somebody different working Saturdays and she is absolutely awful. Horrible customer service and she takes around 15 minutes to make my drink after I order even if I’m the only customer there. Today (1/4/25) I went in and ordered a strawberry fields with strawberry poppers. (Something the other girl always remembered when I came in, props to her!!) and she took around 15-20 minutes to make it and then didn’t even make the drink I ordered. She had put in strawberry jellies into the drink and when I said if they were out of the poppers that was fine, but I wish she would have let me know so I could just get a different flavor of poppers as I don’t like the jellies. She didn’t seem interested at all in remaking the drink, and when I asked for a refund, she very reluctantly agreed but I still had to stand there for another 10 minutes as she I guess tried to figure out the system, so I am now stuck with a gift card I don’t even know works. Maybe it’s time to let her go so she can move to a job that doesn’t require customer service skills, or at the very least some very in-depth training.
Our new go to spot for Boba! Love the variety of flavors. We got a Fury and a Peach Ring. Both were great and service was excellent!

The store employee was very rude and unaccommodating. As an Asian, I grew up with boba drinks and I will never again set foot in any Boise Boba location. Shame on the owner for not properly training their employees on proper customer service. I will contact the district sba as well. The time of visit was 1:45 on August 17, 2024 at the Eagle and Chinden location.

I don’t know their names but these two sweet girls were working there, I must’ve messed up my order but they immediately replaced it and provided some of the best service. Thanks for being awesome!

Pretty good boba spot. Had a blended taro, a strawberry iced milk tea, and a blended coffee. Drinks were solid. The strawberry tea had vanilla added, which was a nice touch.Staff was friendly. Service was quick and accurate.

I’ve been a handful of times and they have all been good experiences. Brianna waited on me today and she provided excellent customer service. The drink was delish, as usual!
