Visited here on a Friday afternoon for a later lunch. Seated right away, drink order promptly followed up by food order. Taryn was our server and she was GREAT! Food was delish. I had a pizza (left overs were yummy!) and the hubby had a caprese sammy w/salad. So good! Definitely check them out!

Went to Caci the other night with some friends. While the service was friendly and attentive, the ambience left a lot to be desired. It was so loud we could barely hear each other speak. Portions were on the smaller side overall, but the biggest disappointment was a $30 steak salad one of our friends ordered. It was laughably small, she had less salad on her plate than I had arugula as a garnish. It only came with six tiny slices of steak and she was still hungry afterward. Unfortunately, we won’t be back anytime soon.

Best Tiramisu Ever And the Gelato with the Dissorano??? And espresso, OMG! AND the Gnocchi dish?? Delicious 😋 So Yummy! I tried the Bison dish, YUMMY!! EVERYTHING WAS So wonderful and the people Were Amazing. We enjoyed this dinner so much. I can't wait to go again !

Our favorite place to eat while in Eagle, and this visit was no exception. We started with the Salumi Board, which had a great mix of cheeses, meats, nuts, grapes, and crackers. It was the perfect size for the four of us. We also shared the Bruschetta, which is very untraditional but something we really enjoy.
I had the Osso Bucco, beautifully prepared and full of flavor. Everyone at the table was happy with their dish. The service was excellent and attentive; we never had to ask for anything.
It does get a bit noisy between the music and the crowd, but it’s a small trade-off for the overall experience. The menu is a little limited compared to other spots at this level, but we’ve never had a bad meal here in all the years we’ve been coming.

This place is always an incredible time and the food is consistently amazing. Randall took really great care of us tonight in particular, his whiskey knowledge is superb and he really made our evening. Our server was great too!

The service was attentive and friendly! This was our first visit to CACi and it definitely will not be our last. I highly recommend the bruschetta! The wine selection is fairly small, but the servers are knowledgeable of their flavor profiles and had great recommendations! I really appreciate the mocktail menu! The virgin mojito was so refreshing! My only note would be that the gnocchi seemed a bit too soft and mushy to suit my preference. But, the sauce and flavor combinations are well balanced and have a beautiful texture. My partner and I enjoyed every moment of our dining experience! Its a casual place for not so casual food! Which is a recipe for perfection!

I am only knocking down the service because they were short staffed and extremely busy. I would recommend meeting here during no peak hours as it can get crowded and noisy. The food never disappoints. I love the gnocchi, Tuscan Potato Soup, and Ossobuco.

My mother and I recently dined at Caci Wood-Fired Sicilian Grill, and without a doubt, it was one of the best meals we've ever had. From the very first bite, it was clear that every dish was prepared with exceptional skill and care. The vegetables were cooked to absolute perfection—vibrant, fresh, and seasoned beautifully. The calamari was a true standout: delicate, tender, and packed with rich, savory flavor that lingered delightfully.

And then there was the tiramisu. Words hardly do it justice. It was flawlessly balanced—light yet creamy, subtly sweet with just the right touch of espresso and cocoa. After experiencing that dessert, we honestly don’t think we’ll ever be able to enjoy tiramisu anywhere else. It was that good.

Beyond the outstanding food, the service was just as memorable. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Our waitress, in particular, went above and beyond—offering thoughtful recommendations, keeping our table spotless, and ensuring our drinks were always full with a smile.

In every way, Caci exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was cozy yet elegant, the food was unforgettable, and the hospitality made us feel like valued guests. We already know we’ll be returning again and again—this place has truly earned a spot among our all-time favorites.

We started out with the Salsicca pizza as an appetizer, which we devoured, then I ordered the Wagyu Flat Iron that comes with roasted potatoes and asparagus. Everything was cooked to perfection and the flavors were dialed in. Get a seat out on the patio if you go. Would highly recommend.
