Let me start off by saying I’ve only left one bad review in my entire life because I don’t usually leave bad reviews unless it’s absolutely ridiculous. Which in this case it was. I’ve had Café Rio at different locations and usually have a pretty good experience but the customer service at the Eagle location was horrible for whatever reason. Need New employees! on top of that, their Beef and chicken was gone supposedly, which I don’t even know why you’re open at that point because that’s usually the main ingredients for most of the food they make.

For 30 dollars I would rather have licked the floor in this establishment! Not worth the money the food is awful! Never would recommend this especially for eagle wow!

It was my first time here. I got coupons in the mail so I decided to try it. Let’s just say this was the first and LAST time. I ordered a bowl with the sweet pork (whatever it’s called) and my lettuce was wilted and the guac was almost brown. I was with three other people and I stood there to pay and the guy was very slow. Asked for chips and queso and he walked away and was gone forever and the manager came and said “you can sit down and we will bring it to you”. I hadn’t even paid yet and no clue where the guy went. She seemed frazzled. While standing there for 10 minutes with my food getting cold, another guy knocked a bunch of ladles onto the floor and picked them up and put them on the counter next to the cutting boards. Not in a sink to be washed or sanitized. I was so grossed out that I barely ate. Never again.
5/25 decided to give them a second chance with the free meal coupons that a manager sent. Ordered a shredded chicken burrito. As I was going down the line doing my picking, she rolled it up before I even finished. Wanted to add elite corn and fajita veggies but I guess not. And I received one blob of chicken. Won’t even be using my second coupon.

My family are regulars here and they are amazing people! The food is always great, and our experience last night was just over the top! Great great place!
Everyone behind the counter was swamped with orders, and our family was a little undecided and slow. Emily demonstrated extreme patience despite her growing work load. Thank you for not being pushy and for making our order less stressful for us, you're awesome!

I won't eat there over and over but it was a pretty solid quesadilla... however there was nothing on the taco entre's ? just the protein because they forgot all the other taco stuff I guess... all in all not bad grub for a ? night ✨️ !!!
