Everyone behind the counter was swamped with orders, and our family was a little undecided and slow. Emily demonstrated extreme patience despite her growing work load. Thank you for not being pushy and for making our order less stressful for us, you're awesome!

I won't eat there over and over but it was a pretty solid quesadilla... however there was nothing on the taco entre's ? just the protein because they forgot all the other taco stuff I guess... all in all not bad grub for a ? night ✨️ !!!

What is this? Terrible guac, terrible lettuce, no food. So sad. I remember the original location in Provo and it’s so sad how far they have fallen.

Didn’t have any shrimp prepped. We had to wait for 15 minutes just for shrimp.

Leslie did a phenomenal job being positive and making 6 burritos close to closing, chatting with our group and just being happy. She’s a boss. Thank you!

This is my go-to spot. Always fast and efficient, delicious, and the serving sizes never disappoint.
Vegetarian options: Nothing like tofu-stuffed or anything. Just a plain burrito, but it gets the job done! Add extra veggies and you're good to go.
Dietary restrictions: I'm GF so I order my salad with corn Tortillas and it always fills me up and is so yummy!

This place didn't give me any silverware through the drive thru the first time. The second time they left almost all toppings off my bowel that I requested and added things I didn't ask for. Not good service. The worst Cafe Rio in the area

I love cafe Rio, just not this one. Terrible service, mediocre food, management and employees playing around while restaurant was in chaos.

Absolutely disgusting ? place is dirty no matter what day of the week or time of the day. I will never set a foot in there again. They’re rude and dirty. Bad combo imo.

Don't go to this store! It is obvious that they have no one that oversees quality control of any order this to be delivered.
My husband and I ordered through doordash tonight and the order was wrong in so many ways. You would think for the fact that they would have a printed order, they could follow it.
What was wrong -
1. We both requested limes and got none. (See receipt)
2. We both ordered Sweet pork barbacoa as our meat. My husband got sweet pork, I however, got chicken that wasn't even shredded.
3. I requested the fan favorite of a sweet barbacoa salad, which comes normally with large torn lettuce pieces. However, what I got was the most unappetizing shredded lettuce that has made the salad really unedible. I guess if you had a problem such as you were out of sweet pork barbacoa, you could have called me since my phone number was on the order.
4. The guacamole in the store is the most unappetizing guacamole you'll ever come across. It seems, that they leave it out until literally it is one second before the health inspectors would deem it unedible before they change it out. 90% of the time when it's offered to us in the store, it is already brown or gray in the little tray. This tells me that the owner is all about the money he or she is making, and nothing about the customers that come in.
It used to be that Cafe Rio required all manager to have a culinary degree. I guess nowadays, if they have somebody who can't read or make a phone call it's okay with ownership.
I definitely won't be back to the store and to be honest, I don't think I'll be eating at Cafe Rio ever again!! I work for a company that has 120 employees in the valley and I think I'll absolutely let management know that they should not ever get food from Cafe Rio for any of our staff meetings.
