Drive through, ordered a Diablo, and a double western. Got home to raw bacon, yes raw bacon on both burgers. Pissed. Then called to talk to a smart ass manager wanting me to drive Back to the store for a refund. This location needs to be cleansed of their staff...piss poor.

I eat fast food maybe once every 2 months. Carl's is close to my home so that's where I go. But, the last 3 times I've gone, (always drive thru) something is missing from my order! Last night it was the Frys. Not a huge deal but if I didn't want them I wouldn't order them or pay for them.

As I said before, sometimes you just have a craving for a specific fast food. We got exactly what we ordered and expected.
We came for the play place because there were not too many of them around however it was freezing.... I let my kid play for 15 mins but then we left and went to the McDonald's with the play place and heat.

Unfortunately the worst carls jr experience I've had. Go to a different carls jr. Tastes like wendys or burger king. The people seem nice but the food is a huge step down from any other carls jr. Dry food but I online ordered it onlinr for pickup less than 5 minutes ago.

Tried driving through at 7:45p to order for four people. The employee sighed loudly each time I added to my order, and then at the end said “you know what, I actually can only take cash right now”. Complete waste of time, and felt like he genuinely just didn’t want to have to make my food. Terribly disappointing.
My kid wanted chicken stars so we stopped in, but we probably wouldn't have if he hadn't asked for it specifically. The food is ok, but expensive for what you get. The play place seems borderline dangerous for kids. It has seen better days for sure and doesn't appear to be well maintained. Also the kids area stinks. Not sure if it is a lack of ventilation or poorly maintained play structures but it always smells of dirty feet and sadness. The main dining room is pretty good though. The staff are adequate and the food comes pretty quickly.

It’s not good. You will waste your money buying any food from here. I don’t know you make a sausage buiscuit tastes like a moldy air filter. But carls Jr figured it out somehow. A perfect way to ruin your own day.
