Bathroom was dirty and out of paper towels. Service was understaffed but they were hustling thru the lunch rush. There is no iced tea at the self serve drink fountain, requiring waiting for the cashier to catch up to fill my cup. As I sat eating an overhead light diffuser fell and almost landed on someone else who was eating. The building seems to be in disrepair, which reflects the commitment of whoever operates the place. For a $14 burger I’ll go elsewhere next time.

The fries were great; hot & fresh.
The burger was a sketchy room temperature. 'Tasted okay but was obviously not a healthy temperature; 'was probably sitting too long waiting for someone to order it.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience deserves one. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich from this Carl’s Jr., and when he started eating it he noticed the chicken was raw — visibly undercooked. We have clear photos. Raw poultry is a serious food safety risk, so I called the next day to report it. The manager I spoke with was polite and asked us to come in so they could verify.

When my husband went in (taking time from his short lunch break), he was met by a different manager who immediately accused him of lying, dismissed the photo he showed, and acted like the sandwich “wasn’t theirs.” She even questioned whether he had eaten the fries or shake instead of acknowledging the raw chicken. She never apologized or showed any concern for the health risk.

He received a partial refund, but the attitude and lack of professionalism were shocking. Mistakes happen, but serving raw chicken and then treating the customer disrespectfully is unacceptable. We reported the incident to corporate and hope this is addressed, because this was extremely disappointing and could have been dangerous.

Best keto burger period. Lettuce wrapped, fabulous. Super messy because it's soooo good. Ask for extra napkins.

Well although i love paying thirty dollars for two meals at a fast food drive thru i at least expect to receive a meal that is cooked when ordered and not a soggy woggy thin tastless patty with a chewy bun and only 3 huge chunks of the white parts of head of lettuce which i removed as well and throwing away bottom bun of it before forcing myself to consume this garbage. And of course fries i assume were undercooked at least a few hours before time i received them. Waste of time money and possibly health i have purchased. Will never go to any carls junior location most likely. Save yourself by not eating this junk. Zero stars really didn’t go in to know the atmosphere but the milkshake was delicious( thats the one star).

Easily, EASILY the nastiest fast food place I've ever encountered. We walk up and there's a sign stating their door is broken. Then one of their two drink machines were broken. The restroom was absolutely disgusting. The guy taking our order had grime all over his hands and he was wearing some black zip up jacket that looked like he'd been painting a ceiling. Paint stains all over his clothing, zero care or concern about his appearance or professional representation of the company.

The manager was loudly correcting an employee in the back while we were there, but they just kept going on and on. As if whatever had happened even held a candle to the far more obvious problems at the service counter. We should've just walked out and gone elsewhere but we'd just driven 6 hours and our kids were grumpy and hungry so we risked getting a communicable disease here rather than loading them back into the car and driving somewhere else.

It truly is astounding that the Carl's Jr parent company hasn't slammed this place shut by now. Just unbelievable how gross and unappetizing it was.

I sat in line for 10 minutes and got my bacon double guacamole cheeseburger it's a big handful of onions when I specifically said I didn't want them and floppy bacon.... Not impressed and threw it in the trash

There's a reason why all these are going out of business. The burger was dry. Very low portions, below subpar food at high prices for what you get. Definitely wouldn't recommend been twice in the last two years because there wasn't much options in the area and quickly reminded why it's been that long since I was there.
