The food here was amazing! I had the combo plate with chow mein, egg foo young, and an egg roll, while my wife got rice, sweet and sour pork, and fried wontons. I'm on the hunt for a good hot and sour soup in this city. I think I may have found it! The hot and sour soup was flavorful with a great amount of heat. So good. The only disappointing part was there was hardly any bamboo shoots, tofu, carrots. I'll have to add extra bamboo next time. We also ordered the chow fun. It was alright, it did lack a little flavor but a little soy sauce fixed it. Overall, neat little local gem in the heart of Eagle. Looking forward to...
