I'm on the hunt for a good hot and sour soup in this city. I think I may have found it! The hot and sour soup was flavorful with a great amount of heat. So good. The only disappointing part was there was hardly any bamboo shoots, tofu, carrots. I'll have to add extra bamboo next time. We also ordered the chow fun. It was alright, it did lack a little flavor but a little soy sauce fixed it. Overall, neat little local gem in the heart of Eagle. Looking forward to...
They have the best Chinese food anywhere. Their egg foo young is better than any we've had, the service is stellar, and we love going there. It looks a little off. It's in a small strip center, and it's tiny and a little old-fashioned inside. DON'T let that stop you. Try it, you won't be disappointed. We have never ordered something that wasn't delicious.
