What a remarkable experience. My wife and I went tonight for our first time and I’m not even sure where to begin. For starters, hats off to the chef, everything was excellent. Taste, execution and presentation was all extraordinary. Side note: your Steak absolutely smokes Chandlers… just saying. Our server Madison was absolutely wonderful! She was fun, energetic helpful and inviting and made for an unforgettable evening. Everything was great, highlights were the service from Madison and the Somm (who’s name is escaping me, I apologize) the ribeye/lobster special, and the macadamia crusted halibut (honestly one of the best entrees we’ve ever had). If, gun to my head, I had one critique, it would be that the crispy octopus app had nothing that was truly crispy, but it was delicious so I don’t really care. All in all a great first impression, cannot wait to come back. If anyone asks me for a special occasion restaurant suggestion, this is it.

This was our first visit to Coa del Mar, though we’ve previously enjoyed Barbacoa. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. Once seated, Brody and Jacob were attentive and anticipatory of our every need — if we could give 6 stars, we would. There were four of us celebrating a milestone anniversary and two birthdays, and the evening felt perfectly suited to the occasion. The food was exceptional and the drinks were outstanding. We will absolutely return for future special occasions or even a casual drink with friends. Without hesitation, we would recommend Coa del Mar

A fantastic place for your next celebration, indulgence, or appetite! Service was great and personalized. The staff are very kind and prompt. Javier whipped up our table side guacamole and it was delicious, they don’t call him Jav-acado for nothing. Drinks are spirited and the food is prepared to perfection. The lobster is buttery, fluffy, and very good. The interior vibe is unmatched. Tables available for large or intimate parties. Full service bar inside, definitely check out their happy hour specials. 10/10 recommend.

We enjoyed a work party in the private dinning room. The staff was wonderful and were very aware of my food allergies and that was transmitted to the kitchen, so no surprises or if there was an item I could not eat a replacement was offered. The decor is light and pleasing. The noise was a little more than I care for but there were a lot of people dinning when we were there and the door and part of the wall were open to the space we were in. The food presentation was beautiful.
