They are very accommodating with my wife's gluten free diet. Everything was delicious and the staff was great.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options.

Great food and the customer service was top notch.

Disappointed. This used to be our go-to for fast Mexican food. It's not terrible, just bland. Definitely better options out there.

This location specifically is very STINGY. I always get the chicken salad. Other locations in town will give you enough chicken and lettuce. This location barely gives you any of either. The location on EAGLE ROAD and USTICK is the better location. They even have larger lids with a holder for your dressing so there’s more lettuce that can fit in the salad. Every single time I come here they barely give you any food, frustrating. Will not be coming back to this location.

I love this place but why is it when I always order a sweet pork burrito with NO beans, NO rice, NO lettuce, NO pico and substitute the sauce for a small tamatio ranch I get charged an EXTRA $1.50. I think this will be my last time going three because of that. Just seems dumb to me.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of space for wheelchair users, the tables are fairly spaced out so that helps a lot! We definitely appreciate restaurants that aren't crammed full of seats you can hardly walk through let alone roll a wheelchair around, so that was great!?

What I appreciate about this Costa Vida location is that the food and service are always consistent. Ordering at the drive-through is super fast. It's easy to order online as well. I also always know what I'm going to get and the orders are always correct. This also is perhaps the only restaurant in town that can package nachos to go without them becoming a soggy mess. I'll keep coming back! Thanks!

Boy, posting a negative review on Yelp really works when I couldn't get a response otherwise. The corporate Costa Vida customer service finally got back to me and made everything right. They gave me the points back that I lost. Their old rewards system wouldn't recognize me, and I couldn't create a new account (because that name was already taken). I now have a new reward app account. But I wish it hadn't been so much of a hassle, and I wish they had responded to my inquiry earlier. I also wish their policy of only having twenty-four hours to transfer points from the old app to the new one was abolished, when their new app management company (Spendgo) says they can't get back to you for 3-5 days.

I haven't dined-in at Costa Vida in a long time, so I'm hoping what follows is not the new normal. At 1pm on a weekday the restaurant was almost deserted - both staff and customers. The food, as always was very tasty, and the two or three folks behind the counter were friendly... But it just seemed to be a bit of a ghost town.In terms of value for money I think it's definitely on the higher end of the price range.
