We went to Crave to celebrate a birthday and we had a great time! Our server, Brandi, was fantastic and gave us the scoop on all the best options. The food was quick, perfectly made, and everything tasted amazing. The atmosphere was great for a grown up’s night out. Definitely add this restaurant on our list to try!

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Em, and I cannot say enough about the extraordinary level of service she provided. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and made us feel completely taken care of. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, refilled drinks promptly, and checked in at just the right times without ever being intrusive. I had the steak and eggs for brunch which was delicious. If you go to Crave, I sincerely hope that you are lucky enough to have Em as your server.

Crave: A Flavorful First Impression

I had the pleasure of dining at Crave for the first time yesterday, and it was a memorable experience from start to finish. I began with the Espresso Martini, which was not only visually elegant but also packed with rich, bold coffee flavor—a perfect opener.

Next came the Texas Wedge Salad, generously topped with chunks of blue cheese that added a creamy, tangy punch to every bite. For the main course, I indulged in the bourbon-braised short ribs, served over a bed of tender spaghetti squash. The ribs were melt-in-your-mouth perfection, with the bourbon glaze adding a deep, savory sweetness.

Dessert was a showstopper: key lime pie so large it could easily satisfy two people. Tart, creamy, and indulgent, it was the ideal finale.

Service was exceptional, thanks to Ray, who was both kind and attentive throughout the evening. Crave delivered on every front—food, ambiance, and hospitality. I’d happily return for another round.

It’s hard to find good restaurants in the Treasure Valley… this is one of them! Very clean. Professional waitstaff. I can tell the kitchen takes pride in the quality of the food. It was presented well and was delicious. Not overpriced. The bartender put gloves on to put my food in the box at the end of our meal. I appreciate those small details!

Just stopped for a drink. Fancy place. Drink was good. No tap beers. Service was meh. Roof top atmosphere was really good.

We went and sat at the rooftop patio. Amazing service, the staff were extremely attentive. I had the steak and mushroom pasta and it was seriously so yummy! Also the tuna and guacamole appetizer was delicious! We will be going back for sure.

We’ve been here over 10 times and this is my first review, just because I forget to think of it.
The food is consistently delicious. We’ve ordered most menu items and they do not disappoint. Thai steak and noodle salad is one of my favs. The focaccia bread is outstanding, the short rib dumplings are amazing. Burgers are the best in the valley. Celebration cake is a hoot plus delicious.

This restaurant is the best in Boise/Meridian/Eagle. My friends and family have eaten there many times. Food and service are the same every time. Absolutely magnificent! Consistent cuisine and the servers are the very best each and every time. You might want to make a reservation because it’s quite popular.

My wife and I are visiting Boise for the first time for a wedding. Crave was recommended and was excellent...I'm retired after 51 years in the food business so I know food...from the receptionist to the waiter Zack, the food, atmosphere it was a great experience. If we lived here we would be regulars. Zack was very personal, professional waiter and made the experience...he would be someone I would have run the front of the house. The whisky braised short ribs was excellent.
