This place is messed up my order twice. Ordered a large Peppermint Mocha made with oatmilk no soft top. Got a large oatmilk latte with no flavoring and a soft top. Took it back to the window, explained that it was the wrong drink. They replaced it with a medium peppermint latte with a soft top. If they were out of mocha flavoring they should have said so. Not only did I not get the drink I ordered I got the privilege of paying for large drink and getting served a medium drink that I will not be drinking. My husband has promised me I never have to go a Dutch Bros every again.

Ok but we asked for 3 kids surprise drinks, 1 adult soda surprise and a lemon lime rebel. The barista didn’t want to give us a variety and gave us all lime flavored drinks 😅 I’ve never had this happen before we’ve always gotten variety’s of flavors for surprises…

The duth on Urban Gate is the best. Luxx is freaking awesome great customer service I pre ordered the wrong thing and she asked if I wanted it redone and that was on me now that's customer service to me she said that's what we do here is provide the best customer service.

Dutch Bros has really gone downhill, and it's sad. The prices are ridiculous, and they fill the cup to the TOP with ice so you get about 1/4 of a drink. Never again. I remember the days of them chatting with you, sending your order in on an iPhone back when they cared, now its just push people through like cattle and get that money.

Only Dutch in the valley the consistently makes their drinks the same and correct. I get a blended sugar free rebel and everywhere else is chunky and like I’m eating an ice cube. This Dutch makes them smooth and always amazing. Their staff is always so nice and as a former Dutch trainer this place will always have my business.
