Friendly staff. Nice vibes inside. I wasn’t sure if it was open or not, though. I had to walk into the building and find the little nook where they were taking orders.

This one was definitely disappointing. My first three bites in I thought I was eating the best breakfast burrito in the valley. The cashier told me the chorizo was spicy and that’s why I chose that burrito. She was spot on. It was very tasty. My fourth bite I bit into runny egg white. Not a big fan but honestly, but it was tasting so good I took another bite. The next bite revealed transparent egg white that hadn’t been cooked at all. I was so grossed out I couldn’t keep eating it. Unfortunately I was 10 minutes down the road off to work so I couldn’t take it back.

I’m not sure if I will go back. It really did taste very good until I found the raw egg inside.

The problem: They are putting fried eggs into the burrito, which is totally fine. The problem with it was that they must’ve cooked the fried egg on high heat which cooked the outsides just fine. The inside was by far the most uncooked egg I’ve ever had by not even close.

Honestly, with something that grossed me out that much, I would probably give a worse rating, but I’m chalking it up to an honest mistake on the grill.

We are from California, and have had a hard time finding authentic, good tasting food. But this is it! It’s the taste of home, real Mexican food! Will be returning very soon!

The carne asada burrito was out of this world! Excellent and fast service, great portion, and everything in the burrito was seasoned to perfection. Truly one of the best burrito experiences I’ve ever had!

1st it is hard to find parking. The people that work there were friendly however the time it takes to get your food is long. About 40 minutes even for to go orders. The food is mediocre and not worth the hefty price tag. $70 for 4 items+tip. Also the bacon was spicy and nowhere was it noted on the menu that spice was added.

Legit “So-Cal Mexican Style” food if that’s what you’re looking for.

This was probably the best breakfast burrito I've ever had. So delicious and just the right size. I got the Chorizo Campeòn my husband got the Bacon. Lots of guacamole. They did not skimp and it tasted fresh. Hash browns were crispy. So flavorful. Hope to visit again soon.

A little inconsistent. But when it’s good, it’s incredible! I’ve gone here 3 times and they’ve gotten either mine or my husband’s burrito wrong each time.

Sometimes really good, but very inconsistent. I’m tired of getting a different burrito every time I order. The guac should not be only on the end in the last two bites. Sometimes the burrito is seared beautifully, other times it’s half effort and barely sealed.

I’ve ordered from here a lot. 1/5 times it’s a great burrito. But I’m tired of being burned by the other 4 times.

Every time we pickup breakfast from here it’s 10/10. I think the early bird breakfast sandwich is the best I’ve EVER had and honestly the breakfast burritos are as well. This is not a light breakfast, very rich in flavor, very delicious! So happy to have it here in Eagle.

BEST BREAKFAST BURRITO I HAVE EVER HAD. My first time trying Early Birds and I am hooked! This is now my new favorite Sunday morning splurge. I ordered the savory sausage and it was so well balanced with ingredients, plus the burrito was pretty big which I was surprised about.
