We went on Friday night as my husband wanted Prime Rib, which was really great. I had the scallops which were good but clearly out of a box. As a golf restaurant, it was good for dinner and most likely better for lunch, which we will try, but we were only one dining and really did not need a reservation. There were two others having Happy Hour food. The service was great...but we were the only patron's having dinner at the time. We will return!
To be honest, the food at Eighteen One was the best part of the night. I went on Valentines day with my girlfriend, and instead of dinner being in the actual restaurant it was in the banquet hall. So basically a huge, boring, empty room with tables throughout it. The food was delicious, though, and the bottle of wine we got was from Idaho and very good. Overall, I think the night would have been much better had it not been in the banquet hall. In my opinion it was a very non-romantic...
