OK pizza but the service sucks! This is the 2nd time I've ordered hours in advance only to show up at the appointed time and the pizza isn't ready, nor did I receive any notice that it was going to be late. Had to wait an additional 45 minutes! Why order in advance if you can't produce the order at the appointed time? To top it off, the chickadee behind the counter was very snarky. Also, I ordered the Vegearian pizza and the toppings were very sparse, not the usual amount. So, basically I paid $27 for a cheese pizza with tomato sauce. Unacceptable! Do yourself a big favor and skip the Eagle location. I won't be back. Get it together Flying Pie!

I really wanted to like this place but we have ordered from the twice and had the worst customer service both times. The first time we dined in and they lost our order. It took over an hour to get our food. The second time we ordered takeout and they said our pizza would be ready at 6:20pm. Upon arrival we had to wait one additional hour for the pizza to be ready. No offer to comp our food or make it right either time. We will not be coming back.

Ordered take out (3 pizzas) and they said it would be an hour. When we got there it took 20 minutes just to get to register where we were told 20-30 more minutes. The person at the register said our manager only scheduled 4 people to work.
This is the :rd time this has happened. It will be our last. Very poorly managed and run.

Ordered through Door Dash and when the food arrived half of the order was wrong, including one of the pizzas not being gluten free. My partner has Celiac disease and will get very ill if she eats gluten. We called the restaurant directly and the employee who answered the phone lied and told us he would make a gluten-free pizza and have Door Dash “dash it right over” to us. Obviously this pizza never materialized and my partner went to bed hungry. Emailed customer service who couldn’t be bothered to reply. I’ve been patronizing Flying Pie for 15 years but I will never be dining at this or any other Flyjng Pie location ever again. If you don’t want to take orders through third-party apps, don’t be on the apps at all instead of making the orders incorrectly to punish customers

Update 8.15.24 went in and unfortunately my pizza came out wrong and I initially took it outside but once in the car I took a deeper look and saw sauce everywhere when I asked for 1/2 sauce 1/2 no sauce but the team here (Cass, Alex, and Dayton) were super cool and helped make me a pizza with no sauce since my wife can’t eat sauce… five star service from a five star squad. Thank you for good employees flying pie!!!!
