This was my first experience with Flying Pie, and overall, the pizza was quite good. However, it wasn't as hot as we had hoped, which is something to consider with delivery. I'm looking forward to trying them again at the Eagle location.

I ordered the jalapeño popper pizza. The pizza itself was good, but I would have preferred the cream cheese chunks to be smaller and more evenly distributed.

We walked into Flying Pie in Eagle and immediately noticed how bad the customer service was. A woman rang up a customer ahead of us and then disappeared to the back without even acknowledging us no “hi,” no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. We waited for about 15 minutes and still no one said a word. The phone was ringing and they didn’t even bother answering it.
One guy was in the back making pizzas without gloves, and another employee was cleaning out the walk-in freezer neither of them looked our way or offered any kind of help. A few other people came in and stood at the counter too, and they were ignored just like us. After standing there a while longer, we just walked out.
It honestly makes sense why the place was empty. The service was awful. You’re better off going to a different Flying Pie location we’ve had good experiences elsewhere, but this one was a waste of time.

We love this local pizza chain. They offer sourdough crust pizza which is our go-to. Their pizza is always good quality with fresh ingredients. On and of course delicious!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. We have ordered from here twice and both times the orders have been messed up, both times the orders have been WAY later than the time quoted and we receive cold pizzas. Then when I called to let them know of THEIR mistakes, the managers have been extremely rude to me. Avoid this location!

Pizza is always good. A little on the pricey side so we usually only order when we have a coupon. Their website is terrible. I usually order online, then select pay in store. I have never been able to pay online.
Honestly never had an issue with this location, but tried to go there the night of the 14th, got there around 6:30 and the guy at the register mentioned they were short staffed but would get our order. I had enough points for a free 12inch. The guy at the register couldn’t figure out how to redeem my points and the person in back just said my points expired yesterday, even though I could see them on my account, and wouldn’t let me order online to try that way. We ended up driving to the Meridian location and they were able to redeem the points and get our order. I get the staffing, and trying to catch up, but it made it seem like they selectively chose who to help, and it was a pain to have to drive to Meridian and back to Eagle.

I was in recently for an it’s your day, and although the staff and pizza was great I can’t stop thinking about a little note I saw where you make the pizzas that read “you’re gay”. It seems inappropriate to me…
