We love Freddy's! We eat here almost every other week before we go to WinCo. Tonight was the first time I noticed it's only 25 cents to upgrade a combo meal to onion rings! They were delicious!

Staff was diverse, had clean uniforms and kept busy despite being slow.

Cashier Lisa was very friendly and accurate. Stopping by my table after receiving my food to make sure everything was OK with my order.

Food came out Fast, Fresh and Hot. Fries were Hot, Crisp and perfectly seasoned.
California style burger with cheese was made to order. Perfectly assembled, hot and fresh. No pickles, mustard or catsup.
The Shake was amazing and had perfect density.

The dining room had clean tables (every one), floor was clean and clear of any debris and trash cans and enclosures were very clean. Place was spotless.

The condiment station was clean and well stocked with a large variety of options. Best one so far. I tried the Jalapenos fry sauce and it was a game changer for fries.
Very impressed.

You can tell the franchise owner(s) take pride in their restaurant.

I don't typically post reviews, however, my recent experience was notable. I got a Double California burger with light sauce, which was followed perfectly; I was impressed because usually this is usually a struggle with burger places. The fries were also amazing - I recommend the smoky fry sauce. I'll also mention that the gal at the counter who I spoke with (I forget her name, though she had a septum piercing) was super warm and welcoming. I'll be back.

I'm sadly disappointed with this location, starting with the drive thru. Apparently, the speaker wasn't working well, and the employee couldn't hear me, so I had to yell my order. PLEASE fix the system. She was, however, able to accommodate my simple requests. I ordered the California Dbl Burger and Hot Fudge Malt. The sandwich was a disaster. Very poorly 'thrown' together, with minimal lettuce, smashed tomatoes and 2 small halves of onion. Why cut corners so drastically on the cheap items? The Hot Fudge Malt was good. The window employees didn't smile and didn't seem friendly, which is a big surprise for me, and this is FREE and makes a big impression. In this case, a poor impression.

I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Lisa! She is so friendly, welcoming, and goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel taken care of. You can tell she truly loves what she does and brings such a positive energy to Freddy’s. She also recommended the spicy chicken lettuce wraps — and wow, they were amazing! Fresh, flavorful, and something I’ll definitely order again. Her kindness, professionalism, and great suggestions make all the difference. Thank you, Lisa, for making Freddy’s such a great place!

Lisa is the best! My kids love Freddie’s and she is always smiling and so friendly. She has helpful suggestions. Ever since she suggested the chicken lettuce wraps I’m hooked! My kids love Freddie’s custards and French fries. But they’re so lucky to have Lisa, she’s a gem.

Lisa helped me out today and recommend their patty melt with pepper jack cheese. She was super friendly, welcoming and patient as always!

I had stopped by about a week ago and as soon as I had walked in I felt at ease and not rushed . The cashier Michael was such a great help her patience and customer service is top notch . Absolutely loved how she was friendly and her smile was the cherry on top of it .
