Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

This is so dissappointing! First time here and we told the person at the drive-thru it was our first time here and asked for suggestions and she didn’t help at all. Since she didn’t give us any suggestions we ordered two kids meals - cheeseburger and tenders, two California style burgers w/no onions since I’m allergic to onions, tater tots, cheese curds, fries, and a brownie concrete.

One burger had onions on it, they both tasted bland and needed salt and ketchup. The cheese curds were bland, the chicken was bland and so were the fries and even the brownie concrete.

First and last time going here.

On top of it, the lady at the drive-thru was rude to us for no reason. She asked us if we want sauces, and I said for what and also didn’t know what sauces they had, ahe simply repeated herself “what kinda sauces” with a snotty “I ain’t got time for that” look on her face and I mentioned to her again that we had never been here before and she still didn’t bother to help us. Really lousy service.

If you’re from the midwest or an Idaho or Utah native you’ll for sure love this place, which is why the high star rating, its similar to steak and shake but even steak and shake is better than this stuff.

No joke, I’m just shocked at how bland the food was, but again that’s normal for midwest/land-locked states’ food.

My kids didn’t even eat it and they’re not picky eaters when it comes to chicken tenders and burgers.

Came in for lunch with my sister and granddaughter. The service was great. Lisa was friendly and cheerful as always. Bryan and Cassidy did a great job with our food. The store was busy and looked great. Nice and clean. Great dinner in experience

I had to share this experience I just had a Freddy’s…they mistakenly gave us the wrong burger in the drive through. I went in to get the correct burger. The gals behind the counter could not have been nicer and more professional. They insisted I keep the mistake burger, offered a free custard and fudge while I waited, and then threw in an extra order of fries with the correct burger. I am blown away. I felt like I had traveled back in time when customer service defined a company. Well done, team at the Eagle Freddy’s! You made a customer for life today.

Lisa B helped us out! She was very professional and informative. She brought a lot of happy positive vibes and was extremely kind! She helped my son feel special as we were here celebrating his birthday. The food was very delicious! The restaurant was clean! Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They had a very bad day, due to their equipment going down. They were unable to make any hot food. They make everything better 110% by offering their frozen goodies and not accepting payment and gave us 2 free meal coupons on top of the yummy frozen custard. Thank you Freddy's for making us love you more.

Freddys has unfortunately went downhill ever since a few years ago. Quality just isn’t the same as it used to be and sadly has lost its lust in my eyes and mind due to the continued downfall in quality and taste. Can’t even get your own ketchup anymore like you used to.

This place needs new management! Far far far too long to serve basic mediocre food. The" "steak" burgers are deli sliced thin and appear to be the scrapings of a greasy fried hamburger. The fries are super tiny and lack any flavor whatsoever. I've actually had them refuse to process an order where I asked for a cup of ice cream because "I don't know what you mean by a cup of ice cream. Freddy's doesn't sell cups of ice cream." After me pointing out that there's pictures of cups of ice cream on their menu - and them denying that there were any such pictures, I asked to speak to the manager. Only THEN did they say: "you kept saying it wrong. you mean a DISH of ice cream. Freddy's only sells DISHES of ice cream not cups." This place sucks and needs a new manager if they allow that type of behavior from their employees.
