This family business is so wonderful and special! I can’t even put into words how great of an experience I had with them. They went above and beyond to specially make 1 gender reveal cupcake and hand deliver it to my husband’s grandma’s house. Their kindness, professionalism, and personal touch are appreciated!

This is the third time we’ve gotten sandwiches from them and they’re nothing like what we ordered. Terrible sauce, no mustard which we asked for , no avocado and they put lettuce on and we specifically said no lettuce because it was so bad the last time! We will never be going back here again.

Tried this sandwich place for the first time today, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. From the start, the experience was disappointing. The employee who took my order seemed uninterested and unfriendly—didn’t greet me or ask any questions about how I wanted my sandwich.
I ordered the chicken salad sandwich, which turned out to be just that: chicken salad slapped on bread with zero care or flavor. It was extremely dry, lacking any seasoning or texture that might have made it enjoyable.
Between the lackluster customer service and the subpar food, there's no reason to come back. Disappointed overall.

I normally try to have grace with any restaurant/food establishment because I used to own one and it can be truly tough, but this experience would be a negative star if there was one. Ordered two sandwiches, one half and one whole. A cookie and a drink. Not only did it take over 25 minutes, but there was only one table in there before me already sitting and the other customers who ordered after me got their food before. The bag of sandwiches was sitting on the counter for a while until the girl handed it to me and just said “oh sorry about that.” I got in the car and opened the bag to see the half sandwich was literally a piece of panini cooked bread about 3x3 inches. I have never seen a sadder sandwich for almost $9 I thought it was a joke. I understand paying for food when you’re going out which is why I was excited to place an order and I tipped 20 percent before even receiving my food and sub par service, but it’s disappointing to overcharge for a little appetizer when it could be a solid sandwich. Experiences like this are why people choose McDonald’s when they are looking for something quick, rather than a healthier local option.

The pumpkin chocolate chip muffin was amazing
They were out of wheat bread. What kind of bakery is that? We were there at 1:00 and already no wheat bread!
The male young adult put my buttercream cookies in a bag. I didn’t realize this and left a 20.% tip for take out. When I got home I realized all the cookies were squished in the little brown paper bags and half of the frosting was stuck inside the bags. I wish I could post a pic here bc they look terrible. This was at the meridian location around 5pm on 4/11/24 the cookies are delicious and I highly recommend them but they are usually put in a box bc the frosting is so fresh.

The gentlemen who made our sandwiches tonight did a killer job. Can't wait to come back and eat here again! Really fresh and healthy just what my pregnant wife was craving.

Absolute worst customer service yesterday. Treated like I was inconveniencing the employee- snippy & rude. Will NEVER be back!

Love the Boise location, but this Meridian location just can’t get it together. The staff was rude, and didn’t seem to be working. After waiting 15 minutes for a sandwich, we finally left without it (we were the only people in there, other than another woman who was asking to be refunded for her order). They might as well have just been closed. It would have saved us time and money. It’s probably a good place to pick up a loaf of bread - but don’t go to order food.

I went in on a short break to grab a sandwich and it was wonderful the girl in front Angela was super helpful and helped me pick a sandwich I would like it was the day before thanksgiving there were piles of thanksgiving orders next to me there was also a girl with the biggest smile and cutest sweater getting peoples orders to them I approached her with a question I had about the pumpkin chocolate chip loaf and Sabrina was very helpful and kind and she gave the best recommendation. there was a lot going on and the bakery was super busy but both the girls who helped me out were super friendly and happy and there was no frustration in their service the sandwich was wonderful will definitely come back again soon. Happy Holidays
