Tried this sandwich place for the first time today, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. From the start, the experience was disappointing. The employee who took my order seemed uninterested and unfriendly—didn’t greet me or ask any questions about how I wanted my sandwich.

I ordered the chicken salad sandwich, which turned out to be just that: chicken salad slapped on bread with zero care or flavor. It was extremely dry, lacking any seasoning or texture...
