Highly recommend Greg Marsh and his cakes! Our daughter was married last weekend and their cake was The Idaho Huckleberry and then we did sheet cakes of Brown Sugar Spice and Birthday Cake. All of our guests were raving about how excellent everything tasted and that they had never had wedding cakes that were this good!! Be sure to book with Greg Marsh… you ( and your guests ) will be happy you did!!

Greg Marsh cakes did a small wedding cake for my husband and me, and cupcakes for the guests at our wedding! Our cake was beautiful and decorated just how we wanted it, and it was delicious- huckleberry layers for days! They didn't go overboard on the frosting and it wasnt too overly sweet like some cakes/frosting can be. I didn't get a lot of pictures of the cupcakes at our event because they vanished so quickly (I had to cut someone off after they ate 3...). For cupcakes we did double chocolate, spice cake, and the butter cake and they were all phenomenal. I would highly recommend them for all sorts of events, including weddings!

When he is open in October he is able to sell Chocolate Decadence and RED Velvet by the slice. Or a small Decadence for a 65th birthday. We would not go anywhere else. It will a late celebration due to the date of the Celebration is on the 21st of October. Before he opens again.

We were working a wedding event that Greg Marsh & team was providing the cake and 300 cupcakes for. They were amazing to work with. Communicated arrival and set up times, was there as planned on time, did all the set up for cupcakes and had the cake decorated. It was perfect.
In addition, many times throughout the night, the guests were heard saying how delicious all the cupcakes were.
The cake was perfect too and the couple was so pleased with it.

We chose Greg Marsh to design and deliver the cake for our wedding. The White Mountains design was perfect for the light Idaho theme we wanted for our wedding, and the result was incredibly beautiful. The flavors were excellent, we had trouble keeping slices for ourselves as the guests swooped in and enjoyed his creation. The cake was, in fact, so good that my parents got two more cakes afterward, copying our flavors so we could enjoy it without fighting for it. Delivery was smooth, and they are a friendly crew to work with from tasting to finishing touches. I will say, they are a bit on the low tech side, so working with them in person we found best, which was no problem for something so important for our special night. Great and talented local cake designer!

As much as I would like to recommend I have to be honest. Marsh cakes is very inconsistent in the quality of work. One cake will turn out great the next will look like something an ameatur put out. It's super misleading to have all these beautiful cakes be posted but in reality I received a very ameatur cake. Not worth the amount I paid. Super disappointed in what was received. I unfortunately will not be returning at this point due to the inconsistent quality at the price I was charged.
