We chose Greg Marsh to design and deliver the cake for our wedding. The White Mountains design was perfect for the light Idaho theme we wanted for our wedding, and the result was incredibly beautiful. The flavors were excellent, we had trouble keeping slices for ourselves as the guests swooped in and enjoyed his creation. The cake was, in fact, so good that my parents got two more cakes afterward, copying our flavors so we could enjoy it without fighting for it. Delivery was smooth, and they are a friendly crew to work with from tasting to finishing touches. I will say, they are a bit on the low tech side, so working with them in person we found best, which was no problem for something so important for our special night. Great and talented local cake designer!

As much as I would like to recommend I have to be honest. Marsh cakes is very inconsistent in the quality of work. One cake will turn out great the next will look like something an ameatur put out. It's super misleading to have all these beautiful cakes be posted but in reality I received a very ameatur cake. Not worth the amount I paid. Super disappointed in what was received. I unfortunately will not be returning at this point due to the inconsistent quality at the price I was charged.

Oftentimes flavor is scarified for decorations, but not with Greg Marsh. They met both standards with high marks. And, their delivery was stress-free and seamless.

From start to finish they were really good to work with including delivering our cakes and cupcakes to our wedding venue in Cascade. We wanted our wedding cake simple but elegant and I was so happy with how it turned out, it was perfect! I also had them do a surprise grooms cake and it turned out amazing!! Each detail I asked for was on the cake and it exceeded my expectations. The cake itself was moist, soft, and each flavor we had chosen was really good.
