Used to come here back in the day when they were in the same small building with the potato company. That was back in 2015. I got to watch this company flourish and go to their new location. I've tried all sorts of famous donuts in my travels but I always remember this place as being my favorite. I haven't been back since maybe 2017 since I'm on the East Coast now but hope to come back one day! No donut has compared to Guru. I still remember the one girl looked at me funny when I ordered and used my last name and had to ask to repeat it šŸ˜‚. Staff were great then and hope all are well!

I love guru the donuts are really good! But honestly the service is horrible!! The employees are just sitting on the counter on their phones. The place is actually dirty. The floors and the tables are dirty.

Lot of clearly marked vegan donuts- I came a bit later in the morning on a Saturday thinking they’d be out of a lot of vegan options- there was still a lot left. Would definitely recommend stopping in!

Let me just say I absolutely LOVE Guru’s donuts, specifically the vegan ones. Never disappoints, the flavors and varieties are top notch and for that I give 5 stars.
The 1 star is simply for the service. The past two times in a row I’ve been there’s no ā€œhelloā€, ā€œwhat can we get you?ā€, shoot the only words that come out is how much it costs. But the biggest thing, both times, the staff sitting on the counter tops, with shoes, right next to the coffee machines and food. Probably having a stool in that area would be a more suitable and hygienic option for the staff to sit on.

The donuts are very good. Very tasty. Dense and moist. They are pricey though. Like $3.50 for one donut. Last time I was in the counterperson was a little snippy when I asked her about the donuts being half price after 1 o’clock. She said yes, but they don’t advertise it. Like I’m trying to get something for nothing which I’m not. Which is funny because my first time in there a few months ago, it just happened to be right before closing and they went out of their way to let me know I could have a second donut for free. Whatever ! The atmosphere is a little spartan, but OK

How do you call your self a "donut shop" but continually run out of product by 10am. Save your self the trip, better off going to Albertsons.

Not open during posted hours, staff was unresponsive when at the door. I cannot speak to the food, the atmosphere looked clean.

Absolutely love this place. They have amazing donuts and coffee, and tons of seating. The apple fritter is one of the best I’ve had. Plenty of vegan options, too (if that’s your vibe).

Donuts were dense. Not a lot of flavor. Not a fan. They do have breakfast sandwiches which we may try but the donuts are a no go.

My kids and I have been coming to Guru for the last 7 years - mainly the one downtown. Last summer, we came in to this location and had huge, tasty donuts. The Boston cream was big and round and messy. The others were delicious. Today we went in, and we all agreed that the donuts have become very underwhelming. Dry, cold and almost stale tasting. We were sad and have decided to move our donut outings elsewhere. Service was great though!

I was blown away to see multiple trays of options. Their maple bar was everything I hoped, and their specialty doughnut made with champagne was a novel treat.

I really love you guys but the service in eagle is so inconsistent. If you are going to close at 2, I’d expect food service at 1:40. I was told that the food station for breakfast sandwiches was already closed when I got there . Not cool when you go out of your way to make a stop.
