Ordered the corned beef hash. Tasted bland like it was from a can and looked like dog food on the plate. Eggs and hash browns and bacon were very good though.

Horribly expensive. California company trying to take advantage of Idahoans. Never go there again.

Prices are a little high for the quality and amount of food you receive. Here is the breakfast burrito and the Greek omelet. Worth a try, but don't go for large portions and cheap food.

If you haven't been to Janets cafe, you are definitely missing out. The service and the food are great!! You will not be disappointed.
You might have a little wait, but it will be well worth it.

Food was good as everyone else says. But the price. Not sure why so many folks dismiss it. $18 for an omelette!? You're spending over $80 to bring a family of four here.... For breakfast.
While good like many other breakfast places, I'll never step foot in here again because of the price alone.

The atmosphere was good, the service was great, but the pancakes were too thick and dry making them very difficult to eat. They seemed to have been made with an instant mix. I rarely comment on restaurants but they need to improve their pancakes if they want to stay in business as a breakfast stop.
My father in law and I stopped this morning for breakfast. I was simply amazed at the " outdoorsy" atmosphere, the food reminded me of what my grandmother and mom would make when I was little. And the corn muffins were phenomenal 😋. Now, I have to bring my wife in, so she can rave about it as much as I've been doing!
But next time I'll start with the blackberry pie, and French toast(?) I think was on the morning special. In my best Arnold Schwartzenegger voice.... ill be back..... soon!!!!!

Wow! What a great surprise from the second we entered the restaurant. Then to top it off we were greeted by Shawn, who we knew previously. Shawn is such an awesome addition. Our food was incredible and quick. The Greek omelette was divine but the Blueberry Muffin was the topper :) We were pleasantly surprised. Thank you Shawn for such impeccable service and Janet’s for making this happen

$18 for a ham and cheese omelette is crazy. Service is slow and atmosphere loud. 100% California type of place that shouldn’t be in Eagle.

Brunch plans landed us at Janet's Cafe on this beautiful Sunday morning. First, I would like to say, if I could have given this place more than 5 stars I would have! I had the most wonderful dining experience here. This joint was packed! People waiting outside and inside. There was people everywhere! My sister and I waited for 45 minutes and it was worth the wait!
Walking in, I noticed how charming the venue is. From the wood, to the stunning green seats to the decor. It was all so pretty, a country rustic feel. Even though it was so chaotic and busy, it didn't feel claustrophobic. You had a comfortable amount of space between each table.
Upon getting sat, the sweetest young lady (she had to be 11/12) grabbing our drink order. She went and got us waters as another server dropped off fresh coffee for us. Wyatt took care of us tonight and I can't express what an amazing job he did! With all the tables he was serving, he always checked up on us. Our coffee cups never ran dry. Anything else we needed, Wyatt was on top of it!
I ordered bacon and eggs with country potatoes. It also came with a side of sourdough toast. You would think you can't really screw up breakfast but after eating here, some of the joints downtown need to step their game up! My eggs were fried hard! The bacon was cooked perfectly. The sourdough toast was delicious! It was accidentally overly toasted but I honestly like my toast that way! They weren't stingy with buttering the toast! The star of the meal was the country potatoes! They were sooooooo good! Perfectly seasoned and prepared. I enjoyed the crunchiness of the exterior of the potatoes while the middle was soft. With the added sweetness of the onions and peppers, it was great mix of sweet and savory. I topped them bad boys with country gravy! So delicious!
From start to finish, I can honestly say this was the most perfect brunch. Food was fantastic. My server and staff were fabulous! The venue was so comfortable and welcoming. I hope everyone in the valley gets to experience this place!
