KB's Burritos - Eagle

Loved the burritos at KB’s Eagle! Fresh ingredients, big portions, super clean place and fast service. The chips and guacamole were amazing .
Honestly better than other burrito restaurants I’ve tried. Make sure to try the Jordan Burrito, it has a unique flavor that’s different but truly addictive. Totally recommend it.

Absolutely horrible. Im so disappointed, I thought I found my new burrito spot. I ordered a breakfast burrito, the eggs were so crazy over cooked that they were nasty, and liove eggs cooked pretty much any way. There was almost no cheese and the meat was ridiculously salty. I was starving and would have really enjoyed even a mediocre breakfast burrito.

This place was better back in the day.
Food lacked flavor, they didn't know how to roll a burrito, and the service was meh.
We left saying.....we should have tried the expensive burger joint that replaced Zeeks.
Won't go back.

Shared a burrito at lunchtime with my daughter. Very yummy and fresh and salsa was very good. The place was very busy!

Horrible customer service, I won’t be coming back. The woman up front was appalled when I was just checking if my burrito was actually gluten free as it will make me sick. And it didn’t look like it usually does - she didn’t even bother to look at it. And when I told her I didn’t know it came with sour cream (which is totally my bad) and can’t have dairy either and asked if there was anything that could be done. She told me I could pay for a new one. So spend 40 dollars on one burrito - no thanks. In all my customer service experience this would never have flown.

Sadly we loved this place and used to come weekly.
It wasn’t busy when we came at noon on a Friday.

Service was horrible. They were super rude to everyone that walked in which has never been our experience except for the last two times.
We ordered the classic breakfast burrito that comes with bacon and they gave us a steak and egg. Said that wasn’t what she heard. We asked for 3 shrimp tacos two with no salsa and they gave us two with salsa and no third.
Chips were stale also.

So sad.

We sadly won’t ever be coming back after this experience.

Multiple visits over the past 6 months. Today's receipt order number tg8, id# e4t15xx9234st.
Anyways food use to be good at a reasonable price. But over the past months we have been charged for food that we haven't received. One occasion the shrimp burrito had 2 shrimp throughout. Fish tacos overcooked, got home and was missing a meal.
They have always said sorry and did refund the one missing meal. I do live 30 miles away from there so driving back for the missing meal is not an option. Prices keep increasing and portions are smaller. Would no longer recommend KB to anyone anymore.
