This used to be my favorite McDonalds to eat at with my family. Lately the service has tanked. We always order at the counter, as we are teaching our children to place their own orders. The last time we were here, it took 7 minutes to get acknowledged at the counter for us to be told the registers were not open yet and we would have to use self service kiosk.
This trip, 01/02/26 we waited at the counter for 10 mins and were never even acknowledged. We walked to the kiosk to place our order and when we received our order all of our drinks were missing.
Come one McDonalds. Do better.

We spent half an hour in the drive through between the menu and the window. No movement at all on the line, and it wasn't very busy. A quite short line in the drive through. Just wouldn't move.

We had an issue with an order error, but didn’t discover it until we got home.
When I called and explained the error, they were very apologetic and made things right.
The manager had awesome customer service and I really appreciated that they went above and beyond to fix the error.

I’m a regular at the McDonald’s in Eagle. I love going there for my 99 cents coffee I get from the app. The food is McDonald’s food, and it’s pretty consistent. They do make mistakes at times, but they are quickly and graciously remedied. The managers are very service oriented and friendly. I like the atmosphere because I can just relax and have my breakfast and do my thing.

Waited 15 minutes in line to order. Waited half an hour for food. Lost my order. Some people had to go in several times because they were giving the wrong order. Go to the one on Chinden or in Star.

Went through the drive-thru when it was a bit busy and was instructed to pull into the #2 reserved drive-thru spot out front to wait and receive my order, someone was already in the spot waiting so I waited until they received their order then pulled into the spot myself. Order never came after 15+ minute wait and as it had became busy again someone else was trying to get into the same spot, Left without order.

Stopped as I left hospital. Will NEVER eat there again. The order was wrong. Ordered a sausage biscuit and got a bagel steak and cheese. It was gross, not even wrapped just thrown in bag. Didn’t even get the receipt so I could go say something, I opened miles away. Should have checked right away because person giving mfiid goes uh oh. Here’s your food. Can’t even give it a zero which I would have

The kids made me stop! The kid working there wanted to be there as much as I did. I did eat a couple chicken strips and I think it was actually chicken.
