Not sure what the convince of using the app is, I ordered with the app, they ask me to pull around the front and then they forget some ketchup like I asked. Then had to walk into the restaurant to get my own ketchup. Kinda frustrating, ketchup usually goes with potatoes.. just put it in the bag if you’re not sure.

I work in food service, and what I experienced at this location was absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a plain kids' cheeseburger, and Riley gave me unnecessary attitude over whether I wanted a bun. This is the third time I’ve had to triple-check that my child’s food wouldn’t be covered in sauce—basic attention to customer requests shouldn’t be this difficult.
To make matters worse, Riley tried to hand me a soaking wet bag—which has also happened on my last three visits to this location. That alone is unsanitary, but the real issue? The completely raw double quarter-pounder I received. After cooking it in my air fryer at 400°F for 8 minutes, it was still pink inside—proving it was barely cooked, if at all. Serving raw ground beef is dangerous and puts customers at risk of serious foodborne illness.
Riley, you are a dirty person who purposely tried to get my family sick. This is beyond disgusting and completely uncalled for. I will be filing a health report with the state. Food safety should be non-negotiable, and this location clearly does not take it seriously.

During the breakfast time I went in with an order and went about as usual. Then the drive through lady told me to go to stall 4 but when I tried it was completely filled.
Then I went in to tell them about it and to my surprise a few others also were told and their spots filled.
I then waited and watched the lady come out and try to find the right food and then tried giving me the wrong order.
Then waiting for like 15 to 20 min total to get my order
The manager or one in charge abused the waiting system and forced like the first 10 people in line with how the stalls were all filled and others waiting. They are abusing the stall system just to keep their times down and look like they aren't slow and apparently not smart to keep count between 1-5 about what ones are filled.
Rude to customers wanting their orders and just terrible experience.
Don't want anything but just wanted to say the abysmally event that just played out and the obvious keeping their times down attempt this was since they are just a bit slow and couldn't handle yet being a McDonald's

Treated there customers horribly! I saw a young man waiting for his food for 20 mins it was one sandwich he ordered. I ordered after him. After 10 mins he asked for a water chip and she was horrible to him. Said to use the kiosk cuz she was busy.... it was empty in there. Then after he got his food and sat down to eat she birthed him again about the water cup payment..... it was water

This is the first time Ive had sour attitude at a McDonalds. As a fellow food service worker, I understand how stressful it can be; yet I cannot understand why the lady (long dark hair) who took our order (around 9:30pm 12/23) and serviced us was so rude and impersonal, seemed irritated the whole time. We even apologized if we inconvenienced her in any way but the attitude continued. I wanted to order a few more items but cut the order short as we felt uncomfortable.
Definitely a very odd experience - avoiding this location.

It's been a long time since I had gone to McDonald's... the price was kind of shocking to be honest! Obviously the fri recipe hasn't changed in 40 years and that's why we went. Got a chicken sandwich and it cost almost as much as a Red Robin burger! What!?!? The service was slow (contradictory to the term "fast food")... however the people smiled and were kind... so there is that!

Pretty decent location. Clean, friendly staff and the wait for the food wasn't bad either. Shorter than some of the other locations I've been to.
Walked in to get the food, just a large fry. I go in and i’m waiting and the worker named riley with blonde hair put the food on the counter. But she didn’t just put it, she basically threw it on the counter and walked away. Waited 5 minutes for her attention to just ask for ranch. There was a total of 3 orders on the screen. I have worked in a mcdonalds previously for 6 months, 3 orders is absolutely no rush especially with 2 baskets of fries down and some already salted. Either way, kind girl named aaliyah helped me out or at least tried to and then riley cut in. Of course there was no pepper in the front so then she sent aaliyah to do it. Thought it was pretty selfish that she wanted to take the easy job and then when there was more to it she had someone else do it. Establishment was clean in the dining but just a sad experience. Also Riley wasn’t wearing her name tag so had to ask another worker.

A McDonalds is a McDonalds, and this one is no different from the rest. Lukewarm fries served with a smile. Okay in a pinch and in a hurry, but I prefer a real fresh ground burger and hot fries. Judging from the lines in the drive through, one has to believe that the food is great.
