We like to stop by and grab food to go.

Mongolian Barbecue buffet of Eagle is delightful in every way! It's a family restaurant setting as opposed to a huge production piece, but the vegetables are the freshest I've ever seen and the variety is astonishing--AI lists Broccoli, Cabbage, Carrots, Mushrooms, Onions, Pineapple, Scallions, Zucchini, Bell peppers, Bean sprouts, and Cilantro. Add toppings of peanuts, sunflower seeds, and cashews; the meat selection includes beef, pork, shrimp and white fish-based crab. Lots of sauces to choose from; to-go or dine-in options; very clean. The employees are very friendly and the price is right!!!

Friendly, and quick. They didn't pressure us to hurry (my daughter is a slow eater). Plenty of variety to build a bowl with different sizes of bowls. Highly recommend following their sign for amount of sauce to use depending on bowl size.

I love the eagle Mongolian, good people, family run, it's my comfort food. If I do my big bowl, over the top big I tip more but they've always been chill.

We came here with a group of over 15. We were immediately seated. The food was prepared quickly. Our drinks never ran low. The price was great. The food tasty. Everything I could want. Thank you. Highly recommend!

Large bowls for a Mongolian grill. The meat and vegetables selections are not that great. Typical dinner should offer some type of fish, or shrimp. They do offer fake crab...yuck. The cooks, well they add water to your meal while cooking...that washes away all the flavor that you just put in your bowl. The service was great...the waiter did a great job making sure I had all I needed. Now the kitchen...100% gross! Seriously I feel the health department should shut them down!

We were visiting my Dad and he took us here. One of his favorites. We could see why. The whole experience was great. Wish we had a place like this in Pennsylvania!

My wife and I are relatively new to the Treasure Valley, now living in Star. We came today to eat at the Greek restaurant next door, but it is closed on Sunday and Monday. We saw Mongolian of Eagle and decided to give it a try. We came on a Monday about 11:30 am.

Upon entering, I liked it immediately. It was very similiar to a restaurant I really liked back when I lived in San Diego. There are booths and tables on both sides of the ingredient bar and grill. They have three sizes: small, medium and "Barbarian" (large). My wife got the medium size and I got the Barbarian.

There are veggies, noodles, meats, and oils that you can choose from to make your dish. There are also toppings like cashews, peanuts, and crunchy noodles. They ask that you not press your ingredients down in order to get more in the bowl, and say they have to right to charge extra if you do. Still, we piled ours pretty high, as did others in the restaurant, and it was not a problem. Once you've made up your bowl, one of the cooks pours it out on to the circular grill and walks it in a circle until everything is fully cooked, hot and fresh. They then put it on a plate for you, and off you go to your table.

It was very yummy, and healthy. Also, for weekday lunch, very reasonable. We are getting two meals out of it.

I don't know how busy they are in the evenings and on weekends, but today they were not busy while we were there, and we love that. We're retired, so we try to go places during the week to avoid the crowds.

This will very likely become one of our go-to places to eat. We found it accidentally, and we're so glad we did.

Mongolian BBQ is not a fancy place so don't expect anything more than it is intended. The food is solid and the customer service is great! They are very friendly and helpful. They are very accommodating even if you come in close to closing time. And never make you feel unwelcome or are they trying to rush you out. Definitely a good place for a fast dying without eating fast food.
